I placed an order on 05 June 2022 and cancelled it on 23 August 2022 due to it not being delivered. Despite many promises and excuses by Raru, I have not been refunded to date. It seems like e-mails from my e-mail address have now been blocked as my last e-mail to Raru was returned undelivered. What a pleasure!
At first I was a bit sceptical when the team called twice to let me know they are running late. But what a pleasure! The guys quickly loaded and offloaded the truck. Friendly, hardworking and efficient team with great communication. I was pleasantly surprised.

Happy Every Time
I have ordered from Snatcher many times and have been happy every time. Great products at good prices. Good service and communication and staff are very friendly and helpful when you collect from their offices. I have told many people about Snatcher and will definitely keep on supporting them.
