Disappointing
I can’t believe that I have to pay cash for consultation for my infants follow up consultation after he was discharged from hospital because Bonitas has not added my son on the scheme even though my HR sent everything to them last week already. if it’s not rejecting claims, it’s this, horrible

Pathetic
Horrible administrator, two pots claims over two months and still not resolved, phones are not picked up, no one knows any reasons for delays!! Just hopelessness. Such pathetic service

WBC ACCIDENT CARS
I still can’t believe how we buy cars sold me an accident car on 2023 because I love that car and I could not really complain because I myself had an accident (was hit on the back) the same day I collected and I was advised by the panel beater that this car was worked on and was in an accident before. You gave it a A rating on Dekar before you moved to gold and platinun and even the NFC funded me. Anyways I the car has not given any issues and I love it, but the fact that I was in an accident, haunts me

bureaucracy at its worst
