We mad a booking on Tuesday for Friday (4 people). When we got there the hostess was rude said we didn't have a booking wanted to move us and worst of all left us sitting at a table "reserved" - she said it with attitude!!! for other people. Only later after asking one of the waiter to order (she refused to take the reserved sign off the table then goes to confirm with the Same hostess) she comes back to tell us it's a misunderstanding. Really??? They made us uncomfortable.
Posted my complaint on hello peter in July and 3 months later my issue is still not resolved. I honestly don't know what to do as i have exhausted all possible measures and still no luck. If i could, i would cancel my contract and send everything back but that costs more money and given their "sense of urgency " my case will be dealt with in 2020. Tekom is honestly the worst service provider. Oh i forgot to mention that their consultants will tell you stay on the line and then hang up!!! I would rather pay Vodacom and MTN high costs because i would receive better services. Asithandile and Tumelo i am still waiting for your "calls"..... 3 months later and i am still waiting... Voda and MTN should provide a service to port our wifi contracts to them. Sigh!!
<p>Orederd my WiFi router on the 10th of July (filled in my details online and some caled me) and i still havent recieved my router. 2 weeks later!!! and nothing, no email to let me know my order has been processed, no call nothing at all!</p> <p> </p> <p>Called numerous times (the amount of times i had to buy airtime and ask people to use thier the phones is ridiculous) and everytime i speak to consultant they tell me a different story. Two consultants told me they will escalate this and get back to me... i am still waiting... </p> <p> </p> <p>This is how you lose customers! i am willing to switch to your competitors even though their rates are higher at least they will treat my order with urgency.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Just need someone to call me so that i cancel all subscriptions and orders i have.</p>
<p>I ordered a book on the 21st of February and i havent recievd it. I have called thier ****ty call center and spoke to thier lying consultants (they advised counless times that they would call me back with regards to the progress of my order, with tracking my package (which was never sent cause they lost my order form))</p> <p> </p> <p>They hide behind the "move" bu company should have veen well prepared for the move and put measures on place to avoid these kinds of problems.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked for a refund and i am pretty sure it will never get processed.... this year... in this era.</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst service ever!! </p>
