If I could give these so called "customer obsessed" tellers of lies a zero rating I absolutely would! all talk and no action! just big fancy stores with no regard for customer experience! your service is absolutely shocking! 2 months later I still have not received my store card which I app**** and was approved for in May 5th of May 2024 its now July! I requested to pick up the card at Woolworths Cradlestone Mall where I was told their machine is not working and that I need to go to another store, I went to Cresta where I was told the same damn thing! Then I was promised that the card will be sent to my nearest store which is Clearwater mall and weeks later still NO CARD, NO CONTACT! The call center's are just as useless and end the call when you try and enquire and you have to go back on the que for hours as they are always experiencing "high call volumes" I wouldn't have app**** for the card if I didn't need it as all my shopping is done at Woolworths! You have absolutely no regard for customers! You seem to have the attitude that you are doing your customer's a favor by them choosing to shopping with you!!!
If I could give this despicable financial institution 0 stars I would! They have no regard for clients! Don’t respond to emails, never answer phones! I have been struggling since 2019 with my vehicle account and 5years later am still struggling! I was hoping that Tumelo Mokwebo who is a team leader would be better and be more responsive but I was wrong! She is non the better!Guess its the culture of that organisation to ignore clients. I want to settle this account and put this matter behind me but am just not being responded to!
I have been ****med! Ordered a Karl Langerfeld dress and they delivered ***** sunglasses that probably cost nothing! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! Their email address bounces back, there is no contact number! I hope they rot in hell!
I trusted Sensor Networks by allowing them into my homr to install the Smart Gyser device. The shoddy plumber that they sent installed a plastic pipe instead of the required copper pipe! The damn thing burst in the middle of the Night and flooded my whole house, damaging the ceiling and lights! Sensor connect hired an *********** contractor to damage my propery! We now accesses that we have had to pay! More so the mess that this has created!
Shocking customer service! Unprofessional management! Lack of clear complaints processes!! The cashier has to scan and pack bulk groceries while the rest of the staff are having a good laugh in a corner. When I asked for management to intervene was met with such distain and basically did nothing to resolve! Poor cashier scanned and packed until she finished! Whats more frustrating is that there is no clear complaints process at Makro instead there is a customer “service” centre where you are given different numbers that nobody answers! Makro has honestly lost it! Do better!
I have been waiting for 2 months on feedback on my request for an aegrotat exam after missing an examination due to illness. I provided the medical certificate but to date NO FEEDBACK! This is the only module left and its standing in the way of me graduating! Regent is honestly the WORST institution of learning! No one freaken cares!
