i was so disappointed yesterday after my car battery needed boost and i called my insurance FNB and the guy by the name of Tebogo Mompati helped me, Which she never even interested to know if i was safe where my car was stuck, And he told me FNB can't help me, I can tell i have done such a stupid decision to take insurance with FNB, I had to get hold of my nabour which does have a towing company to came help me even though i do have an insurance, There way i was so disappointed and i send ema email immediately to cancel my insurance with FNB, this is so disturbing that when i am in need of their help they coulnd help me, the thing that i am a private banker with FNB and i am not happy with their service i am paying a lots for i was never supposed to take insurance with them.
what a headache dealing with Momentum, 2 weeks ago I kept on sending emails to samuel T****avhani which he never answer them until I asked Brent Kur to assist me only then Samuel come back to me and assured me the email was send to the dealer to fix my car, Only this morning when I Call Autobody they didn't receive my car and they can't help me without the authorization send to them, Then I called momentum then the lady by the name of Lerato Motsoko answered the call and I explain to her what is happening which it was not sweet at all as the whole conversation was threatening me that she will hung up the call, I am so tired with momentum service which they never take their client serious ever and this is so BAD as i am paying for that service
on the 21/09 I rented a car at Hertz Sandton eye, the consultant by the name of FIFI was just not on point, and after driving out I notice the fuel was not full. I returned the car on the 22/09 till to date still not received my deposit and when I call or send an email to customer service I am not getting any joy with this i know that it takes 7 days to release the deposit now they telling me 21 days. This is a very disturbing and frustrating service, I will never ever hire a car with Hertz anymore, I normally use Woodford which i never had an issue with.
i berried my mum in March 2023 and AVbob vryburg was supposed to send me the pic and the grave stand, I dealed with the guy by the name of Luan Forrie which he said he will courier all this but never happen, he keep on saying he courier the stuff and 2when i ask for the waybill number never send to me he is now not taking my call. i am worried as i do have so many funeral covers at AVBOB and for sure the same thing will have when i have to use them again, imagine fighting for something you paid for, Can someone please sort this out as it is so frustrating
What a SUCKING service I received at MTN after been their loyal customer for decade, i called MTN 135 call center since the 10/11 which i spoke to a very good guy who he was going to call me on Monday the 13/11 which he did but missed his call, since then i have been calling MTN n holed for more than 48 min with no excerpt been transferred to 100 consultant who doesn't know what they doing. after been with MTN for than 20 years i am ready to move out. there is so many bunches of incompetence staff at MTN. wish i can get the name of the guy who helped me on Friday 10/11 and he sounded like he knows what he was doing. it is so frustrating for not getting help for something you are paying for monthly. they can just cancell all my contract realy
I always buy my breakfast at KFC almost daily, but I have never received the treatment I received this morning at KFC Kaafontein (Allandale). I was on the que and 2 ladies was busy serving Coffie to one of the client which come before me, then i asked them how can they both serve Coffie while we are standing on the que. then the other lady by the name of Lindiwe Masuku come to the counter and i walk there to get helped, then he shouted saying to me how come she was seeing us then ask me what i want which i tell her when she done with my order she shout to the one at back who is preparing food, said with sotho lanuage (o feng brekkie pele ga a re bolaya) meaning give her brekkie before she kills us, then i asked her if that is how she was thought to treat customers but keep on shouting to me till i tell her i am going to report her. she needs to be taken for a customer care/treatment course she real needs that the way she spoke to me it was she is talking to her friend or something forgetting that she is not doing me a Favour to serve me. One thing i notice is workers of institute like this at the township don't take customer seriously. she (Lindiwe Masuku) needs to be called in order or else will call her in order.
what a service i received this morning from Truworths Brooklyn, I called to check one of the item if they do have it on stock, i was helped by the lady by the name of Maggy at LTD woman department who was so rude, this is so shocking as i am a big buyer of Truworths, and even refuse to give me her surname. she make holded for more than 12 minutes and she was very route this is not the service i expect from truworths at all we need people who knows how to deal with cleint
i am so disappointed with the service at momentum, i got involved in an accident last May and my car was taken to renew it which it had to go back there like more than 3 times without the problem being solved, only today my car went there for the 4th time not they telling me they cant fix it as it is a new damaged while there are the only one worked on my car. i found momentum not real taking car of their client as this is not supposed to be my fight but there fight with renewit. And the renewit is a very useless institute.
I have dialed with a useless, *********** bunch of something like dealing with momentum. Called momentum for 2 days saying the same thing but none of the staff duplicate what I was trying to tell them. the only thig they will say if will transfer you to whatever department. they towed my car to renew it Rivonia but none of them knew my car was there and no one gave renew it a go ahead to work on my car for 3 days. i am so sick and tired of the service at momentum. There is lots of *********** who always dont know what to do and how to help the client
What a service i received from Lindiwe Ngubane. This woman went extra mileage and help me. I went to Checkers hypers mall of Africa, and the product I wanted was not on the shelve which i asked 2 staff ladies and told me if is not on the shelve there is nothing they can do. Then I went to customer service where i meet Lindiwe Ngubane which she went to the shelve and remove the bar code and checked in her computer if there is stock, less than 2 minutes she said to me it shows there is 39 in stock, then she called a gentleman to go and get them from the back, I was so moved by her service, polite and going extra mileage just to help a customer.
