Very disappointed with mercedes benz Bedfordview my car has been with them for 3 months and it's a return job it was showing handbrake sign I paid 36k for the issue to be be resolved and it kept popping. I took the car back on my there the car started misfiring and they said it could be spark plugs without doing a diagnostic now the spark plugs and coils have been changed but the car is still misfiring they say they think they think the pistol is damaged but how when you haven't even done a pressure test or do a diagnostic the service manager says they have to strip first that sounds like guess work to me such and expensive car and you doing gues work. Another Customer is also complaining about his GLC at the same dealer it seems to me theybjust charge without knowing what th exact problem is. Mercedes benz bedfordview is really terrible 😢
Stop buying cars from EB Motors in Sandton they sell damaged rebuild cars, they sold me a damaged c63 amg and they knew very well the car was in an. Accident 20ks down the drain even after all the required service with the dealer the cars engine failed even after new spark plugs were replaced. Three months in the car windows wouldn't open 😕. When I phone the owner Rameez he's rude and doesn't care because he got paid his money and he has the nerve to say bro you drived the car for 20ks hardly 2years that I have the car a whole mercedes Benz and I once heard stories about them now I can confirm myself **** dealership no wonder all the balck sales people left because they can't stand watch this dude rip us off.
I would like to urge people not be fooled by kindness of the staff at warranty solutions when you take up their policy telling you how efficient and kind they are to their clients until you have to claim and get assisted after months of debiting your funds with no claiming. The staff at claims is so rude some guy called Craig together with his manager and claims right down to the people at cancellation some lady called Adri. For 8 months they have been debiting R1600 of my account now it’s time to claim I’m told stories and not even given a chance to speak that’s how rude and cold these people are. You want warranty and service plan policy never go to waranty solutions. They even refuse to repay me my money which I have been paying for all these months but can’t claim for.
Every time I take my car for service it comes back with something not properly checked or properly replaced it's the second time now that I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from there. I have been a client with them since 2017, in the last 12 months I have bought two cars from them but their service sucks big time.
