Absolutely the most frustrating experience ever. Did an efta 19 days ago and still not paid into beneficiary account. After being shunted around every department and using all my airtime was eventually given an email address. Well that has still not elicited a response....another long and tedious trip to the bank I suppose where we have to queque with no seating available
I asked Cunard on their official website about their Covid policy. To date no answer received. I cant have the vaccine ..is a Covid test enough to board a cruise and do we have to risk being with passengers who have only had the vaccine and could still be infected as the vaccine doesnt guarantee one to be Covud free
I have twice transferred money out of my savings account and chosen the IP option and neither were paid immediately...but charge for the service goes through ! Go to to the branch and urs takes an hour to see a consultant ..then she has to look at my app on my phone to see the transactions as she cant get a statement of my account on her screen! And dont bother phoning it will use all your airtime
Hi It seems that FNB are not interested at all in my problem. I bought R300 airtime on 23 March ..deducted off my dredt card but never loaded onto my phone. I have had numerous generated letters from them..now they want me to print an ATM dispute firm!! I just want my credit card account credited or give me the airtime!! Why can a customer realatiobs person just phone me!!I am too elderly to stand in the long queque that are at the banks at present
It is two weeks today that I bought airtime on my FNB credit card..I phoned the bank department after 3 days. Got a reference number.and told it would be sorted. Nothing..followed up with email..nothing.. complained on this site .got phonecl promised to rectify..to date nothing. Folks there is a lesson here..Do Not buy airtime through FNB.. Capitec bank load it instantly
I bought R300 airtime 10 days ago on my FNB credit card..it still has not been loaded to my phone I phoned..got a reference number..told it would be escalated.. had no airtime so wrote email..promised a reply..NOTHING !!!
