There are many retail stores out there, but then there is the one and this past month, I can only praise the collective staff of Checkers and Checkers Hyper in both Blue Route, Rondebosch, Constantia and PLumstead. Thank you for your cleanliness, friendliness and assistance when needed, the atmosphere in commendable and my kids ask to go shopping....seriously children asking to go shopping? Well that is true and they are very eager to come whenever they know I am coming to your stores. Your specials are value for money and your programme the promotes savings is highly appreciated. Here is to a good rest of the 2024 year. Thanks again.
Efficient and professional and the reason that i have had my car serviced again through this service network. Thank you and go well into the next quater of 2024.
Drive thru well poor service where ever you go....North Gate is poorly trained staff.... rude... unwilling to assist....well theft sums it up....take the customs money and don't give the food.. Well my loss. But never again!!!!
BE VERY CAREFUL....the lies and theft is very real here......I have lost R3244 in a depsit ****.
If you ever expecting change....think again...in the past 2 months Mc Donald's has retained R11.30....imagine if 100 customers experience this...the company has ****** R1130...wow...well just putting it out there.
Very helpful staff....good quality items, BUT the poorest finance refund department I ha e experienced ever....what a shame....DON'T purchase if you might need a refund because the funds don't come back fast....well to date at all....shocking.
Initially a brilliant experience and the excitement to have found an efficient and professional car hire tgat cared. I have hired cars roughly 18 times in tge past 6 or so years. This was the best service alibi with one another firm. I collect the car, chipped windscreen punts not to bad really, the pints if damages already noted was putting my mind at ease. I had been advised to check and report damages before I left....with twins and 3years old so excited to gave 'their car' I looked as quickly as I could after not finding tge car for 8 minutes because it was not oiibted out that the bay was intact an 'make be' one.....but look great to know a company is growing well. I drive out from tge Airport, OR Thambo International and get on to the road, I stop at the first traffic lights, tge breaks are good but not tge best seeking quite a lot to almost 80% of the time....again ok, but this is my family's safety now...let's not split heads. I notice my handle is lose when my son asks "Daddt xan I open your door please.. " that was tge last tine because I didn't need anything to ruin our family trip. The alignment wad not great either, but look there pot holes so let's leave that. Anyway, great car ti drive and then I drop off the car. Staff very rude, inspecting tge vehicle, fine but not deliberately getting in the way, not greeting, no communication, no assistance as I do a check to see we haven't left anything. I had just filled tge xar....I te6l rhe staff members he ignores me, I place hand on his shoulder....annoyed and he looks at me..." Dud you hear me?" His response...."Take your hand of me....I heard you..." really????? Anyway, a good company, but unfortunately car checks not being done by the furn as effectively as they could...customer servixe skills with two guys not good at all really....arrogant and rude....just take a deep breath if you return tge vehicle and take advantage of the brilliant online servhxe....collection point staff, the outstanding rates....well done....but sadly I will pay more in future than ever put myself or my family through this again. A great pity....
After years of support it is so sad that as of today, I will take a very long time.to return. Cahsiers chatting gon their phone, no staff to assist today....proces good but well with no service I will pay more for better service. Always buy my cobbles from you, buy now ever again. Roseanne Cape Town, you have let your customers down.
Be aware that sales staff are not transparent. I ha e bought cars with no problems before, this time I was notni formed the car was sold with it being Road worthy....Whilst I will pursue legal action....for everyone be very careful Epping is not as honest as they seem.
Brilliant service that really outshines all my previous insurers in the past.
