Beware Seems to be a scam. I received an email warning they were about to deduct $389.99 from my account. I have never had any dealings with them
I so wish I'd read the other reviews before trusting Simon Schultz. I don't know if he is a cocaine addict as Gideon says but what I do know is that he is a thief. That simple. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN A CENT OF YOUR MONEY. HE WILL STEAL IT.
I urge you not to do business with this company. In essence, they are thieves. Over two years ago I ordered a replacement laptop battery. Kelly Wurst insisted that I pay in advance, which I did. The battery never arrived and Kelly promised to refund my money. Since then all he has done is either ignore my messages or make promises. It seems clear that, after two years, he has no intention of ever refunding me – he has stolen my money.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!. I was assured the B&W speakers I was buying were in perfect working condition. What a joke! R4k down the drain. I've never understood people with zero pride, zero honesty, zero guilt
So after 27 years as a loyal customer I have been defrauded by Vodacom. Hey, that can happen. my challenge is not the fraud but getting someone to deal with it. Call-centre not bad at answering but zero keeping of undertakings. Email? I'm tols I'm a priority and will be attended to within 14 days... Priority? Next month I will no doubt be defrauded again as I am on debit order.....
Completely impossible to get through to call centre. Tried registering on their portal but they require the date you joined the fund. Who on earth remembers this???
I need to get ITB3 forms for my 97 year old mother. I have spent 3 full days trying thee call centre and secure chat. Zero success. I wanted to email FNB but this is no longer possible!
I’ve been with Vodacom since 1994 and my experience today suggests that it’s time to change. Total of 3 hours on the phone to them, spoke to about 5 different consultants about a simple query. Two promised to call me back. Neither did. Next thing I get an sms saying my request for an upgrade had been generated. I never requested an upgrade so I called again. Another hour or so, only two consultant this time, who promised to call me back…… neither did. The upshot is that I will no doubt be upgraded and charged more and it seems I am powerless to stop this as the call centre staff are simply unprofessional. My only hope is that Vodacom monitors this site (as any competent, customer-centric provider should) and will call me back. Andrew 0826007341
