Great speed, No substance, No 'Amps'
Afrihost have Three different Tiers of Fibre: Home; Premium; and Priority Uncapped. I tried the 100/50 Home uncapped. When you do a speed test it looks impressive, but as soon as you start to stream something - IT BUFFERS continually. I upgraded my lin to 100/50, Premium uncapped - Excellent! Except 18:00 - 20:00, the speed drops significantly and back is my favourite spinning wheel? I had existing Fibre so there were no set up costs, nothing, they just connected my Openserve line. Now wanting to cancel there poor sorry service, I have to giv a Full future months notice? Nobody senior available to negotiate, just blunt patrons blocking you all the way? Very, very sad!!

BAD, BAD service!!!

I am paying for a service which is not properly configured because it is not with them it is still with TELKOM? Now the also cannot support me because I have my own Router? They might have a Router in play on Monday? Bur in the meantime they wer very quick to bill me for a service which I do not have?

Bad, bad service
I have TELKOM fiber on a month to month contract. The sales send me a router and changed my month-to-month into a 24 month contract with almost doubled my monthly subscription? After many long fights the collected the router cancelled the contract but do not adjust my account? Whenever you try to phone them they are conveniently offline?? How can you operate a networking company when yourself does not have connection? Ridiculous! An 'excellent company' because of it's inherited infrastructure. Now what???

Poor business practises
<p>I paid for a structure to be erected on the 13th March. The Body Corporate of my complex declined the erection of the structure. I cannot get my refund because Michelle is never there?</p>
