Great service, fast and efficient with great humour to top it!
I've now used Elwierda on three new houses through two different builders in Midstream and Copperleaf. Their service, measurements, production and invoices was a total nightmare and it is simply not worth it. On two occasions, it took me literally months to resolve issues with them... Please rather use another supplier and save yourself from a disaster.
It is impossible to get through to someone to help me resolve my incorrect R&T account. I've tried the call centre, the various (7+) numbers they've given me, as well as e-Siyakhokha. Can anyone please help!?!?!?
I would like to congratulate the Bibo team for their excellent customer and product service. They’ve really gone out of their way to ensure my Bibo Water Bar performs at the best levels. We cannot imagine our daily routine without our Bibo!
I've tried to cancel my fibre-to-home contract multiple times, over multiple months but without success. I don't get feedback or confirmations from the call centre agents, let alone the refunds that are due to me because of their failure to process my cancellation. Can someone please help me?
<p>We received exceptional service from Lucrecia when my wife was unexpectedly hospitalised and we had to postpone our reservation. There is a reason to rather work through an intermediary as opposed to the rental agency directly. Great service, well done!</p>
