I have tried multiple times to get a refund from Buffalo Logistics for 2 payments for duties for incoming goods, that we're pain but they say they never received it. I purchased from Temu. I have emailed their support (support@buffaloex.com), spoken and emailed a guy called Christopher (christopher.kekana@bufflogistics.com) he is supposed to be supervisor (but he also doesn't care about the customer), spoken to Dimakatso and Michelle at their call centre, I have emailed their refund department (refund@buffaloex.co.za). I have sent them the proof of payments for both payments of duties. They have promised multiple times to contact me back, but they never do. But they never get back to me, they have ****** this money and no one responds to any sort of contact.
<p>Stay away from STEPP insurance brokers !!!</p> <p>They will not fight for their clients, and only hear from them when you get premium increases, whether you claim or not.</p> <p>I had a break in a week after we moved house, the alarm installation was booked, but the breakin occurred before the installation. They are refusing to pay out a cent.</p> <p>This after being a client for 9 years, and only claimed once for a car accident. <p>I had a break in at my new home a week after we moved in, the alarm company installation was booked. But the break in occured before this.</p> <p>They point blank refuse to pay out, I have been a cusomer for 9 years and only had 1 claim. Broker used is STEPP, who i only hear from when they increase my premium.</p> <p>They absolutly do not care about the customers, you are just another number on their list and another person to take money from each month.</p> <p>I would not recommend anyone to every use Hollard</p>
