They dont even deserve 1 star! My 16 year old daughter was admitted to the hospital and they did tests that they never discusses with us and up until now never got a call from a Doctor or nurse because they only allow us to come visiting hours and my daughter has to explain what she thinks they did or the tests they had done.
I would never recommend this place to anyone- They operate like a bunch of *******, pathetic service!
I am very dissapointed in the service i received from the Manager, Waleed at PnP Hyper Ottery for his incompetence. I bought a Bambino car seat on the 8th October as it was on sale for R929, however when i got home i realised that seat in the box was not the correct size (age 4 to 12) and i wanted the one on display which is for age 0 till 3 years. The car seats in sale for both ages was displayed in the stores aisle at R929 as well as in the baby aisle and the seat that i needed was not in boxes and the price noted was R929. I even spoke to 2 other ladies in the store, they checked the boxes and noted that this was the price and need to speak to the Manager for stock however the manager advised that there are no stock in boxes and oy rhe ones on display is the last they have and then told me that the correct price is R1400 for the seat i wanted??? I then told him that its displayed in the aisle and in the baby section fir R929 and i already purchased it under the impression that it was the seat for ages 0-3 yrs..he then said sorry they will rectify the prices and there's nothing he can do. They then refunded me my money. Im upset because this manager, tried to spin some story instead of apologizing and just dismissed us because he didnt want to deal with us. They supposed to honor the price that they've advertised it for.
I don't use this platform to complain about an institution & try to resolve my issue directly but im getting frustrated with Milpark for their lack of support from their technical or support team and no responses to all the staff i've reached out to..no concern for the fact that you pay so much money for their modules and they simply dont care. I app**** to do their Bcom qualification..their academic lecturers are great in giving content support and if you need help but your modules, but when you get a technical issue..they just dont care with the multiple messages, emails, calls and queries sent to advise that i had a technical error trying to submit my assignment. I emailed it to them, proving that it was done in time and because of not being able to get anyone to assist me, i missed out on another submission. Mind you..i tried getting support from them for 2 days. Highly disappointed!
So I've signed up to do my BCOM with Milpark and they offer excellent support regarding your modules and they are availble to wwhen you need consultation when you dont understand.....until you have a technical issue, I was unable to submit an assignment on their system, due to issues on my laptop however i had it emailed to one of their consultant to prove that it was done in time. I then needed to respond to 2 consultants regarding my submission error & no replies..I emailed the support team, another email address for queries about this module..i did a query on their Helpdesk and another option on their system for urgent assistance..its been more than 24 hours, i even called support and was told that i will be emailed back. I understand that there is a process to follow & i have to take responsibilty from my side too but they dont help you or even have the decency to get back to you.
Notice the reviews especially dated 21st/20th/19th Dec 2023 are all about 5min apart??? Clearly **** reviews! Check the 1 star reviews - they dont even deserve 1 star, it was only used to be able to write the review. They only care about taking your money than actually helping you trade!
Ordered a Birthday cake for today and specifically ordered ot for this morning as we made reservations and needed to take the cake with us but we had to leave without it..Its alsmost 1:30 pm and still didnt get a call for delivery. I ordered a few times before but this is the last time ill order by them! Tried calling their call centre but held on for over 20min..I've been caller number 1 for 10min as well. Disappointing!
<p>We booked 3 units last year December from Thursday to Sunday however due to the fire on the mountain we were told that we should only come through the Friday and that we will be refunded. I gave my banking details to the booking officer and was told the mioney will be paid into my account the following week..however no moneys were paid. I then emailed a booking officer in Feb month and she asked for my details again and was told that it was referred to the Finance dept...I waited & nothing. I sent a follow up email and erceived no reply. Then I called some time last week and spoke to a lady in the finance department..she advised that she will hand my query over to another person who deals with these queries and that this person would return my call!!! I then tried to call again this morning but there's no answer.</p> <p>This is terrible service as other people also paid for the units and is also waiting on their money.</p> <p>Please can someone just sort this matter out and pay what is due to us. So unfair!</p>
