I have never in my entire life been more offended by any insurance company. We have for the past 2 years received monthly calls from MiWay insurance trying to get us to swop over from Outsurance to MiWay insurance. Last month - on the clock again the same story. I again clarify that we are happy with my car insurance and is not in the market for swopping over to another insurance company. The call center agent had the absolute audacity to tell me that she is not interested in my opinion and insisted on speaking to my husband (in regard to my car insurance) I find the call center agents rude, persistent and offensive unfortunately. I have been struggling to get an outstanding issue resolved for literally weeks now. This morning I contacted the MONDO TEAM and a lady called Phindile Zondo literally became a ray of sunshine on a rainy wet Wednesday morning. I really appreciate the spectacular service received. Phindile, job well done!
<p>On the 16th of January 2017 I purchased 2 photo books on Daddy Deals for R299.</p> <p> </p> <p>Both books contains a collection of all our special moments, which was meant to have been a gift for my husband for his and my little girl first fathers day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have received the poorest service imaginable from the first moment dealing with Pix24.</p> <p> </p> <p>At first the software you need to use to create / design the photo book didn't work. After months of struggling without assistance, unable to get the software to work and loads of investigation trying to find and alternative to creating / designig the photo book, I became aware of the fact that I can manually design / create the photo books in pdf form and directly email it through to Pix24.</p> <p> </p> <p>This was done on the 11/04/2017 and I've received confirmation that all is in order and that my order will be processed and dispatched. </p> <p> </p> <p>From the 11/04/2017 until the 31/05/2017 I kept on receiving the same response when querying when my order will be delivered. (all is in order and my order will be processed and dispatched shortly)</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 31/05/2017 I received a phone call to say that they can't print black as a background on the pages and they need to change the black to grey, which I have agreed to out of pure despiration cause finally someone is at least busy with my order.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since the 31/05/2017 I have been getting feedback that my order have been processed and will be dispatched shortly. Having Pix24 promise me that I would have received my order by end of last week, after indicating to them that this is a gift that is needed for the upcoming weekend.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I have ones again been notified that my order have not yet been dispatched and that they will hopefully be able to do so by the end of the week.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now if I try to follow up on my order I just get an out of office email indicating that they will be back at the office on Monday 12 June 2017, which is already in the past!</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm beyond the point of despiration.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>I bought 4 skirts from Koko's kids last year for our wedding that took place in December 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>When the skirts finally arrived the quality was beyond rediculous. The top band of the skits were glued together and was already loose. In addition to this the skirts were bundled up into little ***** and as a result of that they have creased incredibly. We have... tried rinsing them in cold water and leaving them to dry, not even this could get rid of the creases.</p> <p> </p> <p>The material was also cut really skew, to the point that it looks as if off-cut material was used to make them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I immediately notified Koko's kids, who is yet to respond to my complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have not been offered any advice, any appology, any refund what so ever.</p> <p> </p> <p>We ended up re-purchasing clothing for our 4 flower girls 3 days before the wedding at a boutique in Cape Town.</p> <p>I am yet to experience service that is as shocking as the service provided by Koko's Kids.</p> <p> </p> <p>In addition to this, I've been left with 4 skirts that is still unworn.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have to say that the head bands that I have ordered with the skirts were brilliant.
