I have been a member of Bidvest legal who fall under the name lawforall as well. A helpful person named Tanja Weber contacted me and started the ball rolling. I had a CCMA case pending. An agreement was reached but the final signed off paperwork was hanging. The only way to contact the lawyer involved is via email in the hope they contact you back. My CCMA case was for 14h00 today and my lawyer knew the urgency of my case, but could not be reached by phone and did not respond to me. I have been waiting for a reply since sending the signed paperwork but no response. This has created a tremendous amount of stress and unpleasantness for me. I had to reach out to the oppositions lawyer to get a response which I received within 2 minutes. I would highly recommend DO NOT use Bidvest legal for anything, they leave you hanging when you need them most. They do not check correspondence properly, because if they did we may have avoided this. They seem to have a no care attitude.
I went into the Telkom store in Clearwater about 1.5-2 months ago to upgrade my mobile broadband data package, as it was due for an upgrade. I was upgraded to a fixed 24 month contract without being advised of the same bundle without a router as a month to month contract. I discovered this month to month offer was available and asked to be changed to this package instead of the fixed 24 month package. This I did within the 7 day cooling off period. They logged a query for me to have this done with their help centre. I received an SMS stating that a query was logged. I returned the router I was given and asked them how long the process will take. They didnt seem to know. I asked will someone call me when this is resolved. I was told no. Since then I have tried to call their help centre several times to no avail. How do I get someone from Telkom to assist with resolving this. I am very annoyed by this pathetic customer service. Do I need to approach a lawyer to sort this out?
I borrowed money against my Samsung monitor. When I bought is back it had two distinct scratches on it which weren't there when I brought it in. When I asked about this I was told they dont check for scratches and sorry. Basically it seems they will do nothing about it, and now my monitor is basically worthless thanks to their carelessness.
<p>The response rate is very frustrating. I have had promises that they will respond within 2 days, only to wait 2 weeks at times. If you have a query about your cascading statement, good luck. I have been waiting 4,5 months for a correct statement, basically every statement I have received in the last 4.5 months has been incorrect. The excuse I get is that it is a system problem, really, the system only outputs what has been put in? Or the bank wont give them the info. I got the info from the bank in one week. I am still waiting for them to figure out how to do their job and provide the service I have paid for.</p>
