Withholding Deposits & ******** Charges – Beware!
Do not recommend Acutts (Alet & Gary Phillips, Western Seaboard branch). They are withholding my deposit despite: • Issuing a formal zero balance statement. • Skipping the mandatory joint exit inspection, which legally deems the property in good condition. • Attempting to charge an estimated R10,000 for cleaning, repaint, and repairs. This matter is currently with LegalWise, PPRA, and the Rental Housing Tribunal. Tenants, beware.

Excellent Service, Reliable and Professional
Kim-Rose and the team were fantastic! She gave me a great price, arranged temporary storage at the Joburg depot, and ensured all my items were safe. Timeshares are a ****
The Vacation club is a **** it’s a waste of money if you ad the levies and the price you purchase for the 5 or 10Years and add it up you will see you not saving the salesman in Cape Town is very arrogant and quick to take your money with no after sales service I’m glad I only have one year left to use there is only so much to do here rather save your money and go to Disney world or something worthwhile the service here is petty. I see they didn’t get rewards this year and last surprise surprise. If you complain to management they call the Cape Town sales man to threaten you and muscle you to revoke the complaint. Sun City thanks for nothing.

Sterkinekor does not take customers into consideration
Ster Kinekor I have waited 3 months for e your response to CAS-182767-M5K7J9. Sterkinekor promised to contact me regarding the above case numver and then nothing. Everytime I go to one of their cinemas. They never have the aircons on. Should you ask a staff member on 1 occasion I was told to buy a cold drink they cant put the AC below 26degrees. From what I understand the moderate temperatures for public areas is 21-23 degrees. NOT 26. I got lucky at Cradlestone and a kind manager switched the AC on. IMAX Mall of africa Aquaman. They cooked us inside that when we walked out it was a relief. Why do you punish us Ster Kinekor? Your sound systems are below average. Popcorn stale half the time, yet charge us such high prices. I am waiting for a response as to why you treat customers so badly? This is our hard earned money being wasted on having a bad time out and its a regular occurrence.
