Mweb do not support there customer's
Well its month 5, 4 different account setups 4months for mweb stealing my internet switching it off (got daily proof off that) cancel my cancelation forms to mweb more than 3 times now the tech problem has been sorted stealing my internet form 10:30 to 11:30 for 5 months still not replying or reimbursing or rectifying the problem. that i did pay for. all they do is closing the tickets for why are they there for.so i send this for i have proof off every thing if u what to go further for breaching contract on 3 accounts.so i stopped my deductions and still no response ,does not help to mail phone whatsapp .

5day delivery go`s to 11days and still don't have my item. paid in full
Did needed to upgrade the servers during scheduled maintenance and yes has been 7 work days that has been payed in full on the 10/62021 before 11am instant transfer . 11days later jip still don't have it . did mail did phone and jip no one phone u back not even deliver company. Scary part is its not even 30min drive. gr8 service

I payed in full makro for an cpu that there was sock off on 11/05/2021 after successfully nobody bother to call me and say there was no stock so the next day i got en very expensive motherboard (that i cant use now deo to no cpu) that afternoon Thabo Mokalapa send me an email saying sorry your problem we don't have not willing to help its been 7days 3phone calls and still don't have my money back that i payed.so bottom line don't buy Makro online u will only be just another losing customer.

How do u get out off mweb stealing your money if they put u on mute. when your canceling the account
OK 1 TO 4 TIMES A MONTH MY LINE IS DEAD NOT SLOW DEAD OFF WHEN I NEED IT MOST TODAY STILL OFF AGAIN AFTER 38MIN ON MY CELL AND CUSTOMER WAITING FOR QUOTE STILL CAN'T TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND WHEN I WANT TO CANCEL THEY PUT ME ON MUTE AND STILL HOLD ME MORE THAN 3MIN.SO HOW DO U CANCEL THE MWEB ACCOUNT IF THEY PUT U AN HOLD AND NO ANSWER TO WHAT IS WRONG AFTER 40MIN ON THE CELLPHONE .ALLSO THEY DO CHARGE ME FOR 10DOWN 10 UP LINE AND STILL ONLY DELIVER MET 10 DOWN 2 UP AFTER MANY CALLS,.

False advertising
I Got my son a card MSI RTX 3060 3x 12GB OC online form evetech that i got from them and payed in full on the 18/03/2021.when i asked to come and collect the card i was told i could not come and collect i must wait for delivery now that it is due date 6 days later now all us sudden there ant no more cards. how can u have stock take my money and there ant no stock. On top off that i was assured i get my card i soled my sons card. now we have no card and cant use the computer as evetech is using excuses. how do i go forth with i company that u support for many years and this is how they trait u now that they gone bigger now ur just n norther number!! how do put a smil on my sons face. explain that to me.
