Held Refund on out of stock items
I ordered pots on line on 14 Dec 2025 and was informed on 19 Dec 2025, after numerous calls, that they were out of stock. I was promised refund, today is 5 Jan 2026 and I have not revived my refund

Pay fines not updated
Good day I paid traffic fines in 20 Dec 2025 via Fines SA. I went to traffic dept today, 5 Jan 2026, the fines are still outstanding. I am unable to renew my vehicle licence.

Bad and very poor Service - Incompetent service provider
<p>On 15/02/2017 I was involved in an accident and was advised by my insurance to take my car to ReNew-IT Edenvale to be repaired, the car was towed to Renew it on that day. I have never received any updates on my car, I had to call them every time . On 16 MArch 2017 I went to REnew It and the reception lady told me that my car will be ready for collection on 17 March 2017. On 17 I got there and I was told my car is not ready, after being made to wait for nearly an hour. On 23 March 2017 , I was told that there are damages which were nto picked up and therefore they have to order new parts. This is only picked up a mont and week later.</p> <p> </p> <p>I notified my insurance about my disatisfaction. I am still without my car. I am extremely disgusted by both and ReNew-IT Edenvale. After several complaints telephonically , my issues have not been resolved and I still do not have my car and still no one has contacted me.</p> <p> </p>
