So...... trying to get an issue sorted and the consultant ends the call........ ***. So clearly u guys aren't all that concerned about getting ur money
How is it possible that such a major company only has 2 supervisors and neither are available to help with a query, even worse the call centre agent couldn't even pick up that I have 2 services on my profile which I find so damn strange. I now need to wait till 11am for a supervisor. such ****ty service.
2 Weeks later and still waiting for a manager/team leader to call me, how do you guys work? What shabby service and yet we trying to settle an account.
The consultant knew what was expected of him. He was very helpful and friendly. Explained everything in detail which we needed to know as well. Excellent service. What we called for was discussed and actioned.
I dunno what to do anymore. And it's so sad that CUSTOMER SERVICE AINT BIG WITH YOU GUYS. Back and forth for going on 4 months now and every month a different Call Centre agent is telling me something different. When I call there's never an accounts person or supervisor on hand to deal with my query. Can someone tell me what to do, where to go or how to sort out my issue from January.
Do you guys get points or something that us customers are not aware of for Bad Customer Service?????? I have never in all my life received such bad customer service from 1 Company, it's like ur call centre agents strive for Bad Service. It's been almost 5 months that I have been going back and forth with the same query and it's DISGUSTING really it is.
They are in-between hey, customer service is really bad, queries can take months..... but there connectivity IS SUPER AWESOME. I hardly have intermittent or connection issues. So as bad as customer service is I would recommend them any day as there are minimal interruptions in service. I have been with them for over 8/9 years and they service my parents as well.
You guys are *****ing me from behind and I'm not sure what the hell the problem is............ Going on the 4th month and nobody still knows what the F@#$%^& is going on.
This is now the 3rd month now, and the same issue still persists. Like where to from here?????? Cause now I'm tired of calling/asking.
I have been going back and forth since January with an account/billing query. Nobody bothers to get back to me, I need to call in all the time and each I call the query is sitting with a supervisor of some sort but still nothing has materialized. So where to from here??????????? Cause if my line gets suspended then it's an even bigger story.
