***** Unauthorised Debit
This company has debited my account twice first in October and now November . This is ***** they don’t respond to emails for over a month now . Now I’m being told I needs to wait for 24 for the bank statement to show the date for the 26th . 3 days away from pay day and this was money I got from someone to pour petrol to go back home . This is nonsense

I had the pleasure of visiting the Toti branch on Saturday . The staff are sooo welcoming and professional .purchased an iPhone 11 . Love my device .I’m extremely happy with it and look forward to more purchases in the future 👌 Toti branch keep up the good work

Refund !!! I want my money
Oh my god the reviews 😩😩 guys ngifuna imali yami TODAY I want my refund for a declined application why must I wait 5 days for my money ??? It’s not a loan why am I begging for my own money !! The reviews Jesus Christ 😳😳😳 what a circus . This company is a JOKE!!!! Close it Down !!!!!!!!!!!!

4weeks just for a sim swop
For the past 4weeks I've struggled to do a simple sim swop on my business number . Not only was i chanted around from 1 agent to another when i called into the call centre i was than advised that i failed the verification questions which i accepted . They subsequently requested for my I'd copy and an an affidavit which i happily submitted and almost a month later no results no feed back . I urgently need this number re instated I've been more than patient with MTN . All my business associates and clients are unable to get hold of me as a result of MTN stuff up . I have the sim card in my possession one day it just decided to stop working . I need this sorted out as in yesterday I'm loosing an enormous amount of business . Complaints are never responded to
<p>its a pity it has come to this .</p> <p> </p> <p>i have complained 3 if not 4 times on your website but no one has even bothered to send me a confirmation of recieved email . what does it take for complaints to be attended to . below is my complaint for the 100th time .</p> <p> </p> <p>Good day Phamalat</p> <p> </p> <p> 2weeks ago I purchased 2 packs of Phamalat Pure joy ,6 pack 200ml tropical flavour and apple flavour .
