Could someone please cancel my order for WiFi service with you people and send me proof already I have spent R739 over with calling you and getting my services sorted. The incompetence is annoying on your chat channel. I have also to assign on line to another user you go and hand off my entire profile, what is it that you do right? Get this done asap
Could you please refund the debit order taken after I have requested cancellation. No one has contacted me for two weeks post my request.
I’ve signed the contract but the so called same day money in the account is a movie and when you call the number no one ever picks up!!!!!

********! This is depressing as I have continuously asked that you cancel the rain services but you keep debiting my account. I no longer use your fibre line yet you bill me over and over. I need to the write off that self made negative balance you keep charging me and stop trying to collect from my account. You are also liable for the debit order collection fees. You can uber collect your device
Lack of customer service! Been struggling to connect a router for a month now yet they’re quick to advice a billing of 1k should they disburse someone to troubleshoot it. Why then are they setting up a fibre line that doesn’t work only to charge you. The chat agents are quick to transfer you from pillar to post without notifying you why they transfer you. I need someone to call me.

At first they contact you so promptly. Ensure that you are safe with them with getting your credit healthy but thereafter, you consistently need to follow up how far the process is. I am not happy and wish to no longer deal with them. I anticipate a response promptly.
Please process the refund of that cancelled policy immediately. I do not understand what it quick for you to debit my account with a cancellation done on the 18th of March only to tell me I will be refunded 7-14 working days. Pathetic. Companies like yours make it impossible to be an active consumer in SA!
