I have placed and paid an online order placed on 3 March, with the option of 4-7 days delivery (Door-to-Door) I have called the customer care line multiple times and escalated the order as it is long over due just to hear every time that the order has been sent to the warehouse, not packed nor shipped. Management is not available to discuss my frustration. The order placed was a birthday gift, unfortunately the birthday has passed and still no feedback or progress to this day (19 March). Imported goods don't even take this long.
USELESS!!! I have not been able to cancel my subscription with them despite numerous attempts. I call the numbers provided hold on for 20min+ then get cut off. Always being referred to a different department then get cut off. Requested a call back but then being transferred to another department only to be cut off AGAIN! Had to stop the debit order as they left me no choice but then was handed over to debt collection after more than 4 years not missing one payment. Not a single call received from the on the outstanding balance just being harassed by NuDebt to pay my account. Had to pay the outstanding balance to avoide being black listed but still could not cancel even going in to a Telkom store as the account was suspended - the person assisting was even unable to provide me with a reference number, could not even go into the account to log my cancellation request. No one can provide me with a reference number as I have not been able to talk to a single person who was willing and able to assist me. After payment of the outstanding balance, the attempted to debit the full amount already paid plus another month's fees and penalties!
<p>I write this letter out of pure disappointment. I have been running all my life and ever since I can remember I have been running with Asics. They have never given me a problem unless they were worn out and it was time for a replacement.</p> <p>As you would know, is Asics not a cheap brand but its quality is worth the price, and therefore I do not even look at the price or consider another brand when it is time to buy new running shoes.</p> <p>To my disappointment has my latest pair given me so many problems I can barely run anymore. If it is not blisters it is ankle, knee or even lower back problems. Yes I know some shoes just needs be worn in a bit, but I think if I run in them 4-5 times a week, a minimum of 5km per day, for at least four months they should be worn in by now. But to this day I still get blisters even just from a single 5 km run. Never have I ever gotten blisters when running in Asics, not even in the beginning when the shoes need to be worn in.</p> <p>I know you buy running shoes 2 sizes bigger than to size you wear normally, but with this pair I had to buy 3 sizes bigger and I still think it might be too small.</p> <p>I’m not sure what the problem is or if it is just me that is having this problem but I cannot afford to go buy me a new pair of running shoes that will only cause me the same problems. In my opinion there is a production flaw in this model and this causes me a lot of problems. I now have to replace a brand new pair of shoes with money I do not have. This is relay frustrating especially from a good quality brand that specializes in running shoes and equipment and pride on the quality of their products.</p> <p> </p>
