For the past week and a half they have been spam calling me relentlessly. I have blocked the current number and hope they leave me alone now.

Useless finance department keeps telling me I an in arrears and when I phone they say I am up to date!!!!
I have had it I keep getting sms's saying I am in arrears and neat to make a payment I AM UP TO DATE!!!! you idiots confirmed it when I phoned you last week this is now the second time please wake up

Autassist policy still deducting from my account each month
I cancelled my car insurance in February 2018, they are still deducting R18 a month from my account. I phoned them to find out what this is for and got told it is a policy that was added without my permission. Now that I want to cancel it they conveniently cannot get hold of the department that needs to cancel it, and promised to phone me back later. They did the same stunt when I tried to cancel my insurance how long must I wait to cancel this Autassist policy? I am unemployed and you are stealing money from me!
