I was an employee of Standard Bank and have since moved to another bank. I requested a debit order switch for ALL my debit order to be moved to my new accont in December 2016.

In January Standardbank debited my Standard Bank cheque account for my RCP loan installment amount of R1949. Standard bank also again debited my Standard Bak Cheque account with an amount of R300 for my contract Save. During February the same thing happened again, i called the contact centre and requested that the debit order be switched. In March, again the same transactions were debited on the standard bank account by standard bank. I eventually physically went to th Rand Park Ridge Standard Bank branch requesting that the debit orders be and the contract save be cancelled.

I paid a penalty fee on the contract save, and the amount which had been accreued in the contract save was deposited into my standard bank cheque account. I was gien assurance that no further debit orders would continue on the Standard Bank Cheques.

To my shock and horror, the debit orders continued and it was unfortunate that now my Standard Bank Cheque Account did not have funds. This resulted in my loan going into arreas. I received a call from contact agent and i informed her that i would make a deposit into the RCP to ensure that it is not in arrears.

It is June...my cheque account is still being debitted by Standard Bank which makes the account to go into overdarft.

I tried to revolve my loan in order to access my funds TODAY and was told that I cant because my RCP is in arrears and the revolve functionality had been removed. The fact that i missed a debit was because standard bank process are so bad that they could foolow a simple request to switch the debit order.

The account is not in arrears! I phoned the following departs and received no assistance:

- General Banking

-Complaints

- Legal

I urgently need to access the revolving funds and would appreciate someone to sort this mess out and to STOP DEBITING THE STANDARD BANK CHEQUE ACCOUNT. THIS HAS BEEN MY REQUEST FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS AND STILL IT HAS NOT BEEN ACTIONED!!

The store manager for MTN Cresta is useless. I booked my phone in for repairs at MTN Cresta. The service from the onset was terrible. The matter was escalated to Tongesai ( the store manager) who i thought would be better to liaise with.

I have been fighting to get my phone and money back because nothing has been done to my phone since i booked it on the 8th March. All this time i thought the at some point the store manager would contact me to reassure me and provide added customer service as this matter had been escalated to him. Instead he just disappeared in a big whole. I am having to call and email MTN's service provider iBreak myself.

I copied Tongesai on all email to iBreak in the hope that he would at least responde to my email with some form of reassurance, but nothing happened.

Tongesai is in the service buisness but he doesnt know the defination of service. He is not doing the MTN brand any good.

IBreak has just provided me the worst service. I consider myself to be a very patient personbut the lies from IBreak and MTN have made me lose my cool.

I took in my phoe to an MTN store on the 8th of March 2017, and they sent it through to iBreak and was told that the phone would be in 7 working days. It has been a month later and my phone is still not fixed. All I have received is lies, more lies, excuses and nobody taking accountability.

If ever you have to deal with Craig and Kagiso (from Ibreak) and Tongesai from MTN Cresta i would recommend that you run and dont look back. They will make empty promises. They will smooth talk you and tell you that your request will be " escalated" and they will "Call You" but non of that happened.

I was the one calling every week to follow up on my phone and every week the goal post moved and moved.

I just hope to get my phone back and my money bag... i dont want to have any further engagements with such bad service.
