Good day Today I suffered a horrible customer service from one of your cashiers in Pep store. In pretoria church Square, known as pep 0477. The cashier by the name Omphile was rude to me and as a result she was reluctant to assist me when j told her that I have come to pay for Grit procurement. She simply behaved as if I'm bothering her and she also, left me standing there at the till and helped another customer. This is my second time I'm experiencing such a horrible service from this store. There female cashiers in there are rude to customers always.
Just about am hour ago, I was buying my kids some crunch masters meals and 10 zinger wings. It felt like I was asking the KFC staff to dig a deep hole for ne and my kids, the took long and eventually when i got to enquire about why was my order taking to so long to be issued, I noticed that there customers who ordered almost the same meal but their orders were given out to customers except for mine, then on of the assistance tried to make an excuse, claiming that even if my oder number can 202, 405 might be issued before number 202, which was puzzling to me because the order i was questioning was that of crunch masters. The staff that was distributing orders was silly and disrespectful.
It's sad how Ackerman's gets to treat their customers. Given the fact that it's month-end, there are elderly people and disabled people who have just received their monthly grant payments, but unfortunately they get to be subject to the worst customer service at Ackerman's in Soshanguve Crossing. One of the busiest shop in the mall only 2 shop assistants at the tills, while there was a long queue, that comprises of elderly people and disabled people.
My experience was extremely horrible! The lady who was assisting me at the till had a horrible approach and unfortunately she even refused to return my money after I opted for a cancellation of a lay-by.
Good day There's a problem if excessive heat in our Ackerman's shops here in Soshanguve, the Ackerman's in thorntree and Soshanguve crossing are also having that problem but the worse shop is the Ackerman's in Soshanguve plaza, opposite mabopane station. The heat is so unbearable it's impossible to stay longer and do shopping, I'm starting to doubt that Ackerman's is complying with the occupational health and safety Act. Please help.

To whom it may concern

I’m writing with a huge disappointment regarding the service I received from one of the franchise in Soshanguve Plaza dating 2nd of April 2017

First of all the serving Lady at the till was rude

Secondly the meat was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside my daughter couldn’t eat properly since the taste was not that she was used to.

This kind of service from KFC Soshanguve plaza is becoming a norm and it raises concerns because KFC caters for all kinds of family members, ranging from kids to Pensioners but they seem to have forgotten about all that…

The staff there act as if that franchise will run itself and do not need customers to generate profits….
