we bought a base set at zeerust branch which now gives us problems with the springs on the left side of the bed...my problem is poor receiption of a lady called Mickey,who seems to be having fun in frustrating me about logging my complaint...she sent me pillar to post looking for information that i dont think was necessary to get to our account,just to entd up not being helped at all..."with the claim that i do not have sufficient info"to pull the data from her system,i felt that that was absurd,i mean how come when we buy it easy for the same system to capture/accept the info that you provide with your mouth,if the same system cannot project the data out if you now have a serious with the item that you have purchased...now i am seating with two problems,an unlogged item complaint,and a system that was "unable"to retrieve my data...how great
I went to ZEERUST POST OFFICEmake an enquiry 1st about the deceased estate(pension grant) for my uncle who passed away on the 23,because i know there is a high possibility that it was already loaded for payment month end...but i could not access it because we were unable to find his pension card at home...so i requested i be assisted in blocking the card because we didnt want to find ourselves in a position where someone else apart from family access the funds..i was then told to come and check if the funds are available on the 3rd...to which upon arrival i was again told to come on the 15th to no avail..but when i check the status of the account it says active..so i am not satified with the service i was given..nothing prooves so far that there is nothing that was loaded into that acount between the said dates,except for word of mouth which i cant rely on
I would like to be kept anonymous in this review as I am still studying with the NWU, But I am not happy with the way they treat diploma in grade R students that studies with them, I am a third year student with them, and there is an Avanced Diploma in Education program with them,for which they don't want to allow all the students studying grade R diploma to advance their diploma with this program (ADE) all I hear them say and do is to dictate the students to do another 3 years of study in bachelor of education degree(BEd) saying it's a requirement from the department of education.. Of which I find it very difficult to believe, I mean if I look at it, it's going to take a diploma in grade R students 6 years of studies to finish to get to a degree, for which it takes an ordinary student 4years to complete their degree... I mean where is the fairness in that... And I must also indicate that a Bed and ADE are both on level 7 of NQF qualification... Where can we get help for this because we are just being treated unfairly
I bought a site from them in 2014,immediately in the process of trying to develop on it, I was told they made a mistake of selling a site/plot that belonged to works,and we where stopped.. Ever since, I have been tossed around pillar to post as a headless chicken, and a stupid human being.. Just last week after many attempts of trying to get the manucipality to approve my house plan, to try and identify the site for me and many several attempts to no avail.. I was told that my site the one I purchased and waited for all these years, have been sold to another person... My question is how, and I am not going to put myself in a badging position and pull back.. because I have waited for that plot of land, and wasted so much money in the waiting.. How can our officials be so inconsiderate. These people do not care about the dignity of the ordinary citizens they serve..
Monday I poured 250 rand worth of petrol at another random garage, Today I was told to attend a meeting, I decided to top up my petrol for an extra 100 rand, when I stopped at the shell Woltemade Motors Zeerust business VAT NO 494017585, before I switched of I look at my geige and asked for petrol, I do that all the time, to my surprise after a 500 meters I realized the geige didn't move, I U turned and went to confront the attendant that assisted me, never have I seen such attitude in my almost 17 years of driving and encountering petrol attendants.. I then decided because I am on my way to lehurutshe I will pour in there, to my surprise the geige on my Datsun go of 4and half years didn't disappoint me and moved from2 bars of petrol on geige, to a 3 bars, this propelled me to go and ask for the manager, he told me his petrol pumps are in good working condition, and connected to the cashier inside.. I told him I know what I am talking about and if there was a problem with my geige, the petrol at lehurutshe will not have shown, I am so disappointed, and he is not willing to assist me with the reimbur*****t of my hard earned money I will go and looked for assistance elsewhere, he said that he is not taking mildly to threats, I told him it's a promise, hence I am kindly asking for assistance from hello Peter, my phone no is 0656121286 my names is ME Pilane
On the 4th of August 2020 i placed a bet online, i won and made an ewallet withdrawal from my bet account, it showed that the transaction is completed but i didn't get the confirmation message to access the funds at the ATM, i have been phoning their support team for assistance to know avail, so far i have spoken to close to 7 consultants they keep on telling me that my query is being escalated to the relevant department, up to so far nothing because i didnt get the money i won, they just push me back and forth, but no one is helping me to get the funds from my winnings.
I walk into the store ask to look for a size of their blanket, the manager of the branch told me they are not allowed to open the blankets, i request her and her staff nember to be the ones wearing the gloves, i wont touch it, so that i at least see the physical size she refused, because i am not buying for myself, i asked her since we are not allowed to touch their things why dont they at cleast put it on display, no answer from her.one thing she made clear was their refund policy of no exchanges no refund, but how will i buy something i am not allowed to see and yet not return if not satisfied . What stunned me is, as that as i was busy speaking with her, a gentleman"reffered to as kgothi by the manager" with mr prize uniform inside streetsheet store started going off on me," saying every household has rules and a whole nasty words" i am stunned and amazed by this kind of behavior especially from a young gentleman.
Poor service + teller attitude not what i expected really, i am disappointed, a mere request to have the teller cancell my checque acc at absa on time, i was sent back that there is R45 that i swiped from the garage that hadnt gone through from their side, only to recieve a message that my account is overdrawn, with the very charges i have not been happy with for sometime.. Now they are playing cat n mouse with me.someone look into absa, somithing is terribly wrong there..
