I wrote a review more than a week ago whereby I was requested to submit my query to a email address that was not visible. I also submitted a query to their company on an email address that I found on Google but till now I have not received any feedback from Netcash. I would like to have given a minus 1 million rating due to their non existant service. All the reviews and experience that I saw from Netcash is negative. How do you people live with your conscience even after ****ming people from their hard earned money. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Recently I went on our business bank account after a while due to our company being inoperative just to find out that for almost 2 years money has been deducted without our knowledge. I would like to know what is the procedure for establishing the reason for deduction.
I have problem with logging into my business account due to the fact that I need a OTP number to get access to my account. My number has changed and I have contacted customer care to assist last week Tuesday. I was told that I will receive a document from Victoria to complete for the changes to take effect. I have been patient as I know it might take a while. However I feel that a week is definitely more than enough time to send me the documents. I will advise anyone who wants to use Capitec business banking to think twice before considering.
I have been trying to move my payment date to the 7th of each month as I receive my pension between 2nd and 5th of each month, but there is no assistance at all resulting in me having to pay penalties for each unsuccessful debit leaving me with less money for food.
I had a problem with my router and was helped only after I complained on Hello Peter. Although the problem was resolved after more than a week I would suggest that Rain upgrade their customer service. I had my new router since last week Thursday, and I only received a feedback from the Support team today which is ridiculous in my opinion.
Good day, I received a call with regards to my faulty router on Monday with the promise that the courier company will be in touch to arrange delivery for my new router. It is Wednesday today and I would like to know when delivery will be done.
The reason for my 1 star is that I joined Rain with the new package of R559 per month. Since I received my 5G Rain router I have problem with connecting to the internet. However whenever I use my Vodafone modem and Huawei router it works perfectly fine. I submitted tickets twice for assistance without receiving any. Eventually I called from my phone, spent more than a half hour being transferred to 3 different people just to be told that the Network people will contact me. The 2nd person that I spoke to told me that there is a problem with the router therefore it must be replaced, just to be told by the 3rd person that they will call me back to solve the no internet problem with the router. I will advise any person thinking of joining to please be careful.
I joined My Debt Hero while I was staying with my daughter as I got retrenched recently and have no source of income and the only income I receive now is my deceased wifes' pension which is not much. Unfortunately, we have to move where we are staying and my daughter can't support me anymore as her company closed down now all my income is going towards an apartment so that I can at least have a roof over my head. I haven't started to pay yet. Now when I tried to cancel the debt review not because I want to, but because I have to I am told that it is not possible. I even requested a call back as I have no airtime left but it is just excuses. Obviously the service (no service) sucks.
I wish I could leave no stars as their customer service sucks big time. I have applied for a loan on 22 December 2021 and received no feedback whatsoever. Please stay away from Showtime finance.
I have completed my application for a loan on 22 December 2021 with Ref No: LA-59613 snd was notified that I will have feedback within a few hours, however I keep on receiving an email with a new refeference number Lid-65120 stating that my application is incomplete. How many customers are being duped like this as I was requested to fill in my bank details for a debit order of R 299 per month for a year starting from 27 January 2022. Whenever I try to contact the company there is no response. My advise is to stay awayvfrom companies that make promuses that they do not intend to fulfil.
