This online store selling bras under the name of Perk with the website domain of www.shopperk.co.za is a shame. I ordered 2 bras on the 29th of September and received confirmation emails regarding my orders but when no further communication came through I emailed them to follow up on my order and they replied saying that it is in transit but didn't provide a tracking number. A week later I followed up again and they said they would follow up with no further communication. Then after one more email I had come to the conclusion that I would never get my order and that this online retail store is a fraudulent. This review is in the hopes that if someone does some research on this online shop before spending money there that they are warned to stay away, they don't sell anything but will gladly take your money.
I travelled to New York in September where I fell ill with a chest infection while pregnant so in order to ensure the safety of my unborn child I went in search of medical assistance at the Lenox Hill Hospital because I had travel insurance with TIC. I was treated and then presented with a massive bill in Dollars and after some time we managed to get ahold of TIC customer service and have the matter resolved. It was believed that TIC would handle the matter. Later when we got home, we started receiving emails and post from this hospital requesting payment. After many back and forth we were assured that the matter would be resolved but after a few months we would either receive more emails or more bills in the post. Today, I have received yet another letter of demand from the hospital in question... I will be contacting FNB lawyers now to advise on how to settle the matter as TIC is completely useless and have been from the get go. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO SORT YOUR MATTERS OUT. I repeat DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Stay away, they really are the worst.
I logged a return on the 16th of December, and although I know that it was peak season with Christmas and collection would be difficult but I was promised via SMS that collection would take place by the 18th of December. When this didn't happen, I contacted the Takealot.com Facebook page via messenger to get an idea of when collection would happen. I have been promised 3 collection dates (21/12/2018; 22/12/2018 & 02/01/2019) with nothing being collected as of yet. I know 2 people who have requested a return after me who have had theirs collected a day or two after. Previously, my returns have been flawless but this time, I am truly disappointed in the lack of service. I am still waiting to have my return collected and processed.
<p>I ordered two sets of the lego type hero figures for my boss and a case of wine for myself. They split the order into "two" one was the one which they delivered promomtly and the second was only one of the lego hero figure sets. I immediatly sent a query on the day of delivery requesting clarification if I was going to receive the other set, my reference was #264881 on the 30th of March and when I didnt receive any feedback I sent a second query #263399 on the 4th of April. When again I heard nothing, I sent a message to them on Facebook which resulted in a phone call from a lady who assured me she was investigating and here we are... Nothing on the 10th of April, not even some sort of feedback on where the rest of my order is. I think they don't have an answer, so they just hope that if they don't say anything you will just go away. How can you trust them if they can't complete an order nor can they provide you with adaquate feedback. It is a disgrace and its basically robbery. You can't trust this site it seems as they take your money and don't complete orders. </p>
