This is now the second time I've ordered from Foto Discount World where they have not specified on their website that a lens is not in stock and will have to be ordered from the supplier, which obviously will take time. I ordered and paid for a lens on 10 July 2019 that I urgently needed, I was informed that they did not have the lens in stock and had to order from the supplier which would take 4-6 weeks. This week is the 7th week and I'm still waiting. I've e-mailed twice requesting a refund and no response. Very bad business ethics to lie on your website and not specify that you do not actually stock a product. If I wanted to wait this long, I would have ordered the lens from the overseas supplier myself. This is the last time I order from Foto Discount World and I'll urge my other photographer colleagues to do the same.
Utterly disgusted with the level of service received from Telkom. Reported a fault on my ADSL line on 15 February, up until now, nothing has been done to fix this, a technician hasn't even been dispatched to look at the issue. When following up (via telephone, Telkom website and Facebook), I've received exactly the same story, that the fault has been escalated, yet I'm still waiting, two weeks later for someone from Telkom to bother to send a technician. This is unacceptable! I run a business and need working internet, Telkom very obviously couldn't give a damn about paying clients.
I am utterly disgusted with the billing department at Web Africa. I opened a hosting account with them in 2014 and from the start was double-billed for the same hosting package, already a sign that their billing department was a mess. After a few other smaller issues, I cancelled my hosting with them after about 4 months because of their incompetence. This morning I receive via email, an invoice from them for the hosting package that I had cancelled in 2014. Webafrica, sort out your accounts department and wake up!!!!! This is exactly why I cancelled with you in the first place.
I registered my company through Shelf Company Warehouse Pretoria in 2012 and they were extremely helpful.<br> <br> In September 2014 I requested that shelf company warehouse assist me in changing my company address on all CIPC documents. I received and paid their invoice for the address change, and have had no feedback. <br> <br> I have recently followed up again ( a year later in August 2015) on the change of address documents and was told by Louise that I would be passed on to Sharney to assist me. Neither Sharney or Louise have bothered to contact me again. <br> <br> I am disgusted at this lack of service and will not be using Shelf Company Warehouse Pretoria again!
