I will create bad reviews on this company until they refund me my money back, I haven't used the App and they took money from my account, I am a single mother with two children to raise alone, as my husband passed away two years ago and the money they took was going to be our money for food for the month and January is a long month. I have sent emails for them to reverse the R503 back into my account but, they tell me about subscriptions. Shame on you for tricking people into taking the R13 subscription and then take a full R503 after 3 days and for taking food out the of mouths of children.

They keep taking money from my account and make as if I have purchased their things and if I want to log in to use their services I am unable to do so. Bunch of *******
Most pathetic online service ever, I bought a Shelf 4 levels SENSEA bamboo white wood SKU: 81449709 on the 22nd August 2022, from Leroy Merlin online and they called me to let me know that they don't have stock available and will have stock in a week, a month went by and I called back and sent e-mail to them. Got hold of Tokiso and she spoke with their store at Little Falls. Nightmare after nightmare. They offered me an alternative, which is a bit more then my first order, because I had waited so long for my order and I agreed. This morning I got a call from them saying that my order was cancelled online by one of their consultants and they going to refund me, without speaking with me and I have to pay the full price of the alternative they agreed to give me which is almost double of my first order. You guys need to take tips from takelot.com when it comes to online ordering.
In October 2020 my husband and I decided to go on to debt review and unfortunately July 2021 my husband passed away. I am very upset and disgusted with FNB right now, if blowing fire out my ears were real. When I notified the debt review company that my husband passed away, they contacted FNB to pay up all my accounts, as only my accounts were listed on ITC at the time of the debt review application. There are no FNB credit cards in my husband's name at the time of applying for debt review. Then FNB tells the debt review company that there is a credit card account from 2010 of my dead/ late husband that needs to be paid, guys, it looks like FNB is just trying their luck with a widow that just lost her husband. If the account needs to be paid, then why at the time of applying for debt review, was the account not listed on my late husband's ITC?? This account is 12 years old?? Is there any proof that my husband was contacted with regards to the FNB Credit card?? Any documents?? Voice recordings??
Firstly, I will change this complaint or enquiry to 5 star when I have gotten my money back from them. I will post a negative remark on this company every day, until I get my money. They keep you hostage to always invest. If you do not invest, they disable your account. I have invested and taken all the money left from my late husband and thought that I could invest and generate an income for me and my two children. I have invested $5707.67 in this company and every time I want to withdraw they give me a story of, I need to invest more in order to be able to withdraw. They treat their customer, me, as if I am a beggar. I have attchments that I will post tomorrow as to how their people speak with me. After begging and begging for a withdrawal on my account, they threaten to disable my account because to them it seems as though I don't have any right to my monies. I am stressed, my daughter fell ill and I begged the consultant to allow me to draw money and the consultant said they are not a charity home.

I have been leaving messages on messages through the call centre, for Charlene from the Clearwater Mall branch to contact me in terms of the money from my late husband to be paid over to the late estate account and she is not calling me back to give feedback as to why the money is not paid over as yet and seems as though she is not bothered with me either. The reason why I don't bank with Nedbank.
I have been waiting since 31 August 2021 to authorize the send function, I keep getting a message that says it will take 24 Hours, it's 21 days. Absolutely not happy, NOT HAPPY with this company at ALLLLLLLLLL. They treat people as if they doing you a favor. I am speaking with MUHTAAR and same story, we will investigate and get back to you. BULLLLLSSSSHHHHIIIIITTTT
