We have been with Momentum insurance for a few years now, never skipped a payment. My geyser burst at 2am this morning and I logged a claim on the Momentum App. This is now just before 12pm, but nobody has contacted me to replace the geyser. When I called Momentum to follow up I was told that since my payment (of which the debit order went off today) is not reflecting yet, they can't process the claim. I have to wait. Really! They didn't even have the decency to let me know. This is not the service I am expecting from a company.
I went to the Ster-Kinekor in Cradlestone Mall and a lovely lady named Merold assisted me with some issues I was experiencing with my Vitality card. She knew exactly what to do and was extremely efficient. Thanks Merold!!!!
Graduation gown rental company: Due to a graduation ceremony being cancelled, I asked for a refund for the graduation gown rental. I was promised a refund but now they don't even answer my emails. Don't use them!
Planet Fitness made an illegal deduction from my account. We are not members there and they are simply not returning my emails.
Pathetic! They come and repair your pool, it does not fix the original problem. Then they come back and leave your paving lifted up and a big hole by your pool and never return. Do not use them!
<p>I received the wrong cartridge from THEM. Their solution "buy a new one" . "We will ask the manager to contact you" . Never happened. This was not the first time. </p>
