I ordered the Dillan Hawaiian Skull Shirt from their website. I am really disappointed with the quality and print on the shirt I ordered. Firstly, the website .co.za looks like the goods are from South Africa. In fact, they are not and are shipped from China. This information is not available on your website. I had to wait 2 weeks for the goods to arrive. Secondly, the shirt feels like something I could have gotten from Shein. The description on the website says premium cotton and spandex blend. There is no cotton in the shirt, and there are no tags on the shirt either. Not even washing instructions. The print on the shirt is also stretched and out of proportion. I am 100% disappointed with the shirt and I want a full refund. I have sent a mail, but I am not hopeful that I will get a refund at all.
I have tried and tried to get a hold of Vodacom to report a fault. For some reason the voice prompts will not allow me to speak to a human and I cannot get a hold of someone to assist me. Their helpline is always experiencing a high call volume. My calls keep dropping and my phone sometimes sounds like it is a stuck record. Why does this keep happening and when will it be fixed? How does one actually log a call?
I ordered 7 items from Airydress. My order eventually arrived (later than promised) and I cannot wear one item. The quality and size is so bad! It literally looks like they have used stock footage for the items, but then commission the cheapest labour and fabric to make the article - which looks nothing like the picture. One wool item is so thin that you can see my skin through the jersey. I complained to them, only to receive a reply to the effect that it would cost ME too much to return it, so I can either take a 50% coupon to spend on their online store again, or a 30% return. I will not spend another cent on this website so they can forget a 50% coupon. I don't see why I need to pay the postage charges to return items to them. No other online store does that. 30% return on my total spend is a joke. They are in contravention of the Advertising Standards Authority and the South African Consumer Protection Act. They are to give me a full refund and I have advised them as much. Now we wait and see. I do not think that they will respond. I will take action against them if they do not.
