Completely money-driven veterinarian who have absolutely zero compassion for either the animals or the owner. Disgusting attitude displayed by staff when losing a beloved pet of almost 15 years - treated like a criminal when forgetting my credit card at home when the dog was getting euthanized. Other terrible interactions. By the way - also DOUBLE the price of other vets in the area who treat the animals and owners with respect and empathy. Terrible people
Again - I really wish I could give ,less than one star on this platform. Once again CellC service is truly truly terrible. I have had fraudulent activity on my current bank account and so want to close it and open a new one. All my debit orders have been switched to the new account without a problem, except of course for CellC. They wanted me to keep the vulnerable account open JUST FOR THEM becuase they would not be able to change the details by the 30th of the month - it is now the 10th. EVERY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER HAS MADE THE SWITCH WITH NO ISSUES. Really pathetic yet again idiotic CELLC
If i could give negative stars I would. In the CellC portal it clear as day mentions my Due Date for a cellphone contract is 31 October 2020. WEanting to cancel the contract and also give fair notice, I phoned. After being on hold for at least 15 minutes, I am duly told that my contract expired on 28 September 2020, and that I needed to give notice by the end of August! I am then told I will be charged at both the end of October and at the end of November!?!?!? This is robbery of the first water - Will definitely NEVER do business with this corrupt and incompetent 'service' again. What thieves!
It is such a pity I can't give negative star ratings as Builder's Warehouse don't even deserve the on star. I placed an order online with them last week, and paid immediately (including a hefty delivery charge), and the order on their website still says that I have paid in full and the item would be delivered on Sat 3rd March. Of course, no ballpark timeframe - merely that it would be delivered on 3rd. At about 15:00 I decided to follow up and phoned the call centre. I was then told that the item has a 60 day lead time! Not acceptable so I asked for a manger, who then proceeded to phone the branch in question and was told that they DO actually have the item in stock and would deliver it by 10:00am on Monday 5 March. Of course, I had to rearrange my day to cater for this - and lo and behold...no delivery. Late Monday afternoon i received another email expressing dismay that the item was as yet undelivered. It is now Wednesday 7th March and STILL no delivery! And no indication of what is actually going on. Useless and will NEVER shop at Builder's Warehouse again - bring back De La Reys - they at least understood customer service
<p>Absolutely atrocious service from a company that is used by FNB to deliver important documents/cards etc. I was given a time of between 10am and 12pm to receiver my card. So not a great time, but so be it. At 11:38am i receive an sms telling me the delivery is delayed and someone will contact me. Lo and behold - nobody does. I eventually phoned at approximately 13:30 and was told that the driver would be contacted and that HE would return my call. Again - no call. At 15:00 i call yet again and demand to speak to someone in charge (by this time I am a little irate)...I am put on hold for exactly 4mins21 seconds...and then told that they were still trying to find someone to talk to me. At 15:25 I receive a call from who I assume is a manager of some type - he proceeds to tell me that the driver HAD been at my home and that no-one answered and that he or they had tried to contact me via phone. This is a blatant lie as there are NO MISSED CALLS...NO SMS'...NO VOICE MESSAGES - nada! </p> <p>A whole day's productivity lost waiting for this, and I even had to then ASK for an apology for the inconvenience, as none was forthcoming!</p> <p>I really think FNB should seriously rethink their choice of courier service, as these guys make me want to change accounts just so I will never have to deal with them again.</p>
