I am extremely disappointed with this institution with *********** staff at finance department who does not bother prioritizing important matters. My is still unable to register for his 3rd year due to finance department not updated their system correctly. Bursary funds were allocated and paid to Rosebank, but it looks like someone from finance department decided to reverse the transaction. Now my son has to suffer because of your staff incompetence. We have been sending emails and calling, and no one is assisting. This mess is created by Rosebank college not by us. We can't secure residency space because of this mess. I regret why i sent my son to your institution. We went to campus and that place is full of interns who can't even assist. I don't know what is wrong with people working at your institution. It's been two weeks now RAIN network buffering nonstop and this is 5g we talking about. I am now on a look out for a new service provider. RAIN is failing me. They normally notify me with SMS with network issues, but this time nothing. I can't pay for something that is nit adding value. This is absolutely ridiculous and *******. I am tired of this disgusting internet. I am very upset about it.
Good day Rosebank, I am regretting sending my son to your institution and i wouldn't advise anyone to study here. My son has been kicked out of Res due to non payment by Rosebank college. Why is it an issue to allocate bursary funds. GCRA paid second installment of bursary funds due, so why is an issue to pay over. Also my son didn't order books from your book seller as it's already late because you taking to long. Why dragging the refunds due to him. Please employing *********** people there in your finance department. Last semester we had the same issue and this semester samething. I am extremely disappointed with Discovery health. Sending me letters to pay outstanding monies on Medical aid and threatening to blacklist me if i do not pay within 20 days. This letter is dated 22 July 2025. In March 2025 i resigned from my previous employer and i the HR sent me medical aid certificate. After few days i then got a call from Discovery and HR saying i must pay R 1300.00, as i owe medical aid. I asked the lady from Discovery to email me a breakdown and explain how did i ended up owing medical aid, i my previous employer paid contributions monthly. I resigned with savings on my medical aid that were not used, and these were not refund to me. This is nonsense and i need some who is experienced to send me a professional email with detailed information about this whole thing. Stop using intern to call us with bad attitude and nit even able to explain things properly. Stop this ***** are plotting against me. I will take a legal action or complain against your company behavior. If ever there were unpaid contributions to discovery, then you need to take up this with my previous employer not me. Stop this nonsense of treating black people unfairly. Send me the breakdown to my email sbusisom123@outlook.com. Stop calling me during the day, i am not able to answer stupid calls of you. I resigned from my employer back in February 2025 and surely Discovery was notified about my resignation. I did indicate that i was not going to continue with my Medical aid with Discovery. My unused medical aid savings amounts to R3740. 06 and Discovery has not said a word as when they are going to refund this amount. Instead i saw a communication between my for HR and Discovery employee, and the content of the email, it was stated that i owe Discovery R 1200.00. I emailed the lady from Discovery and she never bothered to respond. I need someone to contact me and explain this misunderstanding. I have heard a lot of people complaining about the Discovery medical aid. Kind regards
I am currently subscriber to RAIN 5G internet unlimited. From February 2025 the internet is been very slow and i can't keep up with my daily work. I am extremely disappointed with this Rain services. I am been trying to get hold of their call center and its a struggle to get through. I feel like i am using 4g instead of 5g unlimited wife. I have to be in the dining room yo connect and it doesn't connect from my bedroom. Its very bad. I have been requesting them to install external satellite or something to make my Wi-Fi strong.
Dear Old Mutual, I am not happy with your service. Old Mutual attempted to debit my monthly premium for life cover on 01 July from my FNB account and it didn't go through due to funds Available my account that time. I was going through a lot and end without money in my bank account. I then made a plan to deposit money into my account to accommodate my debits 02 July. I emailed Old Mutual to re-process the debit and email was directed to the correct department, but until today money had not been taken on my account. I am worried my life cover will lapse if this payment is not received by Old Mutual. Please urgently arrange someone to re-run this debit. I am extremely disappointed to your communication channels. My son is studying through Rosebank college with GCRA BURSARY. Its now June and Rosebank has not allocated funds for residence and stipend. He only received laptop and books back in April. There is this representative from Rosebank college by the name Jeffrey who is responsible for allocation funds. This guy is failing our children. And there is Jane from Finance department who always on leave and she has not released payments. What is going on with this institution. Are you following Boston college footsteps of failing students. Now the WIFI has been disconnected at my son's residence due to no payment. He can't do the assignments and meet deadlines. Is this the way you want our children to experience learning. I am extremely disappointed to your institution. I am even thinking of taking my son elsewhere next year. Good day, I extremely disappointed with PEP money market division service. My sister is been trying to get a refund since last year, but still nothing and no assistance at all. She sent money to someone, but the money was never withdrawed, as the pin was blocked and she could not get a new pin, as she lost the sim card for 071 008 8657. She was advised to apply for refund and she called the call center several times, and she did fax the refund form several times. But now the call Centre people are referring her back to the stores and the store does not know what to do. I will take this matter to CRM if this does not get resolved by the end of the week. Its costing a lot of money to fax everyday and still the matter not resolved. I do not understand why PEP is offering this service if they do not understand their own process.
