Do not use Intertrans movers moving company. They *****, they break, they de*****, and they lie. Not only are Intertrans movers the most unprofessional moving company i have ever used, but they are also the most disorganized company or business I have ever come across. They (Mathew) do not communicate. They (Mathew) are never on time. They do not send the right size truck. They do not have their own tools for dismantling or assembly. They are very slow. They break things en transit. They do not have enough blankets or bubble wrap. They ***** things when out of sight. They claim to have insurance but disappear when you try to claim. Their entire management do not respond to complaint email or calls. Mathew, the operations manager, makes all sorts of promises, then disappears and does not respond to calls or even whatsapps. What a painful experience dealing with Intertrans movers.

They do not have enough blankets or bubble wrap. They ***** things when out of sight. They claim to have insurance but disappear when you try to claim. Lerato, the furniture moving coordinator, makes all sorts of promises, then disappears and does not respond to calls or even whatsapps. Lerato offers insurance, takes your premium, but offers no refund or payout and simply disappears when her staff breaks your things. What a painful experience dealing with A & B movers.
<p class="MsoNormal">I am incredibly furious about an Uber I called for, requested cancellation and was charged for last night.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">At around 6:15pm I called for an Uber which I do every day, I waited at my regular pick up spot and Thabang responded and accepted my request. I spoke with him and told him to turn around as I was in front of FNB. Therefor I called him again at 6:22pm this time I asked him to cancel the trip as he was now inconveniencing me. I called him again at 6:29pm and this time I demanded that he cancel the trip as I refused to be billed for his unexplainable and illogical driver behaviour. And because of this and the unfair billing for Ubers bungling driver I will be complaining on Social media.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">This is very poor service and I am very frustrated - it is not the R25 that matters but the principle of the erroneous billing and the woefully incompetent driver who is also guilty of being dishonest.</p> <p> </p> <p class="MsoNormal">If you are not going to respond to my complaint then at the very least refund my R25.</p>
I have tried multiple times in the past 2 weeks to get a hold of Karabo Segodi at Rapid Business registrations to escalate a complaint about his staff. I have left messages with Karabo Segodi's staff (Thato) asking him to come back to me. I have even managed to phone through to the office whilst he was in it and he refused to speak to me.<br> My business partner and I have experienced nothing but absolute apathy and disregard from the staff at Rapid Registrations at both offices. And because they do not give us feedback on our application we cannot move our business forward.They do not care about the service they provide! They do not care about their customers! They do not care about customer service! Do not do business with them!<br> Do not waste your money and your air time and your energy. They are an absolute waste of time!<br>
Telesure group constantly market me to get a competitive quote from them and then - after wasting my time for 10 minutes on the phone answering ridiculous questions - they quote me a premium R500 more than my current service provider. That is preposterous and Fraud! Remove me from all of your databases!
