I bought two, one for work one for sport-leisure men shoes. We went to NY & discovered my son could not fit in despite being the correct size.Returning to JNB we tried to return with receipt 31d. from when we bought them .ZARA would not honour, did not return Never Worm , with Proof of Purchse. We found the experience highly disturbing: no option to ESCALATE,No option to Voice your discontent/concern, No option to discuss with Live person, No option to get through to Mgmnt, No option to EMAIL??? Shocking Experience. VOTE NO TO ZARA . We firmly decided NEVER More - we Will Not Support Being Disrespected , Forced Bul**** ,Ignored .No more.Never more. Qty Stores : Woolworths Will Never THREAT You Poorly & Get Better Qty even if not chic ,or very trendy ZARA DESERVES TO GET ITS OWN MEDICINE - NO TO ZARA
I bought two pairs of shoes for my son who studies in NewYork. They did not fit , too small. Returned to Jhb on day 33, rushing to ZARA Sandton where the Manager as well as General Manger both females quite indifferently told me: Tough Luck, we got the money & will strictly enforce our 30days policy, no exchange -nothing-tough luck. No good will, we are not interested in circumstances , whether you were injured, delayed we stick to 30 days. They both admitted to how restrictive, secretive their RSA operation is, disallowing escalation but to mere Customer Service -call center where we all know the level of competence & decision powers are non existing. They both shared how upset other customers were, how frustrated being denied a day over ZARA's 30 days policy any relief. I feel so so so abused, so violated. Unless ZARA is this unique ,perfect entity & people, where no exceptions -no mercy-no goodwill because most likely their sole concern is revenue. Customers satisfaction or loyalty evidently irrelevant, ZARA is too mighty.Strict dictatorship : enforcing their will & powers at any cost.Im terribly upset, there is reasonable & unreasonable , humane & inhumane , cruel , forceful injustice. Never worn, untouched 3 days over the limit due to unforeseen circumstances & injury. We must absorb 2200R loss, ZARA CAN NOT Afford to exchange ,no relief
SANLAM REALITY & GYM MEMBERSHIP': I'm struggling for 3rd month to resolve membership issue between SANLAM REALITY-their own Gym division-it is been shockingly, incredibly difficult i.e impossible, No one but one Agent(NATASHA) in SANLAM REALITY CARES.She is friendly, willing yet powerless to get MANAGER even to rever, NO EXPLANATION, SANLAM Took weeks & now months for simple gym membership issue grown to explosive proportion

I SUCCEEDED GETTING HOLD OF GOVERNMENT MINISTER'OFFICE, HER CHIEF BUT NOT EVEN MANAGER IN FNB- THEIR FENCE IS SO TIGHT, PROTECTING ONE OTHER IN ABUSING CLIENTS & SQUASHING YOUR VOICE; IM OPEN TO PUBLISH THE POLICE FILE, STAMPED SUBMISSION-PROOFS -SINCE 08/2022 FNB STILL LIES & REFUSES TO DO THEIR JOBS & THEIR DUTY-IM OPEN TO PUBLISH THE EVIDENCE, LET ME KNOW
I were defrauded by mechanic who banks with FNB. We're trying to follow the legal process with SAPS & submitted requests to FNB in August of 2022 Up to now FNB still did not respond with quick, easy, simple provision of the person' statements to verify I did pay him R 59 000. DISGRACE FNB Inefficient, Impossible to escalate, Secretive management , impossible to get hold of management for relief, Shocking, hugely disappointing. Self serving, incredibly inefficient
Bought Boeuf Bourguignon. TERRIBLE : 1. Beef fillet listed ingredient. Truth: it is less expensive, one of the flaking, good for roasting cuts,definetly was NOT Fillet 2. STOCK CUBES -Not even proper stock use 3. Seem to be bunch of ingredients thrown together& no slow pre cooked, in sequence, properly executed French dish. IF WORD OF MOUTH is highly ranked, people must be holding them to Super low standards or they must be sponsoring reviews or clients not being concerned for the quality, execution of dishes but convenience & possibly reliable,consistent. Definite CHEAT !
I suffered tremendous loss in closing Eezi move. The director Pieter Townsend intelligently tried to dodge responsibility, ignored Attorney's letters out of FEAR of Self INCriMINATION, it took getting the Police involved, only upon LAYING CRIMINAL CHARGES did they Acknowledge & within 1hour from being Summoned to the Police, offered Settlement. When they wrong, they DO NOT TAK RESPONSIBILITY. In my experience : They TOOK ADVANTAGE, BEHAVED UNETHICALLY. The EMOTIONAL PAIN & TRAUMA they inflicted Knowingly & Remorselessly
