There is no response to my enquiries regarding my delivery. Full payment has been made, Almost a month of waiting. I am sure this a ****. The chatbot promises to resolve the issue, the emails are never answered. This is so sad as I have purchased on this site before. My advice is to not support One Deal a Day at all. This is a ****.
Megan Govender is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is quick and efficient and retains that warmth which makes her my number one go to. We have booked several times and each time has been a no fuss experience. I would definitely recommend Megan at he Hillcrest Pentravel branch.
Sonne Van Der Walt from Metrofibre insists I signed the HAPPY letter for a shoddy installation of Fibre. This is exactly how her mail to me was worded and they have now decided not to respond in any way to the problem they created. This is ongoing since we first saw the poor installation, they sent a technician out and even he was shocked. So now this needs to be resolved. If you are on the South Coast be very wary of this crowd as they simply do not offer any proper service.
Metrofibre installed cable to our property at Ifafa Beach, without letting us know they were going to be on our premises. It was terribly done and is a shocking piece of work, across the verandah and over the path which is both untidy and a tripping hazard. It was signed off by an unknown person and they have the document but no idea as to who it actually was. I asked them to come and check it out which they did after a few months and the tech guy was shocked at the shoddy installation. They are unwilling to re-install it properly so we have asked for it to be removed. There is little or zero communication from this company. I would really like to know how they accessed our property.
We purchased a brand new JMC vehicle from the Pinetown dealership. All services etc are up to date. There was a problem with the engine and they took it in for over 2 months and repaired it. Now 8 months later, the truck is still having issues with the engine. No response to emails. calls etc from their Head Office. Shocking aftersales service and I would not recommend this brand or company.
<p>14TH APRIL 2017-PARK MY WAY service used at N Shed- Durban Harbour - going on a 3 day cruise. Keys and car handed over to a neat uniformed valet and a ticket is issued, R400 paid to have the vehicle parked and cleaned and returned on Monday 17th by 8 am. This vehicle was used for 252 kms, at speeds of up to 138 kms p/h on the Ruth First Highway..no response from Jack (he cannot say who owns the business), no actual parking area clearly marked on any map. Patrick David, the shift manager assured us that something would be done.....nothing at all has been resolved. These people have a webpage with pictures of the Burban Harbour, MSC cruise Ships and King Shaka Airport on their webapge, very misleading and what a scam. In the time they have misused this car, who knows if any crimes were committed...BEWARE......contact numbers-032/ ********** , cell- ********** 004</p>
