Excellent!! I received my parcel 30th December 2020. Checked the contents. Items needed to be returned. Requested collection. Immediate response from Takealot to collect tomorrow 31st December 2020! Thank you!!

Service Excellence
Since lockdown I have been doing all my purchases on line due to Covid. I am elderly and on chronic medication, reason for shopping online. Previous queries have been sorted out immediately, short delivery or overcharge. My latest delivery on the 26th October was perfect. No queries or problems. On time as per time slot. Delivery staff were friendly and helpful.

Customer service
I have been buying on line and in the store since lockdown. Every time I have had a problem with either quality or overcharge, Woolworths consultants have contacted me immediately and sorted out the problem. I would recommend Woolworths and their customer service very highly. Their quality is also recommended.

Affordable and excellent products.
I can only highly recommend Platinum Life for excellent service over the years. They are fantastic. Their staff are so friendly and helpful. I love them. So glad I joined them. Their products are wonderful and affordable. Receive presents when you upgrade, wonderful! Thank you Platinum Life!!
