Bad service
Very disappointed with Telkom, I have a contract with them and was debited more for the month of September, I logged a query to be refunded and even today no one came back to me.0 replies

Bad service ever
<p>On the 29th of march 2017 i cancelled my insurance via email, but was surprised this morning when they debited my account, nd to make it worse when i query with them thry informed me emaip was received but was not actioned, now they telling me that thry will refund me my money in the next 7 working days</p>3 replies
