An online order MAK4552631 was placed and paid for on the 3rd of May 2023. To date, i have yet to receive any form of confirmation that the order has been processed, packed or shipped. I have contacted the number provided on two occasions...1st, i was told the order is still within the 5 day period. 2nd time i called, i was informed that the supplier was out of stock and they have confirmed that the item will be delivered today the 15th May 2023. Guess what, still no delivery. What the hell is going on guys? This was my first online purchase with Makro and I must admit...will be my last. Please advise as to when i can expect delivery...or if you can process a refund. This is horrible service to say the least

Im now due for an upgrade, did the online upgrade, receivedan sms saying the application is approved and didnt hear anything. I then called in to find out what the delay was, only to find out that MTN has outsourced their application and upgrades to Mondo and that I should call Mondo to find out. I did so and was advised that the package i selected was out of stock and they cannot say when the stock will arrive. I then went in to a MTN who confirmed they had stock, but couldnt process my upgrade because it was locked by Mondo. This now becomes my problem as I need to contact mondo and send a request to cancel the upgrade request. It is now 7 days and im yet to receive any news. Why are MTN subscribers being held up by a company we have no contract or agreement with ? I have to make follow ups each time. Why cant MTN follow up and keep me as the customer happy ?

<p>Im am still waiting for the Compliance certificate which they guarantee will happen after an inspector gets sent out. Well 2 years later and numerous follow up attempts to Adam with no reply. He simply ignores your calls.</p>
