I went window shopping for a cellphone to the Eastgate mall and found a stall for Xiaomi. The lady convinced me I would get a free watch if I purchased their pro version (R6k later). So I did (Hifi Corp), after the purchase I went to get the watch and was advised there's no stock, I should come on Thursday. I went back on Thursday and their stall manager was there advising they don't have stock. I advised him the only reason I purchased the phone was because i'd get a watch with it. Anyway he didn't care, I now understand why the big mobile companies do not stock your products. It's because of your false adverti*****t and lack of customer service.
I wouldn't recommend anyone getting their central locking installed at this entity. My passenger door stopped working (slave motor stopped working) in a space of a year. I went back and was advised i would have to take the cost on - R450 later, which i did. 9 months later same ISSUE. I called in and was advised they only offer 6months guarantee on the central locking and i would have to take the cost on AGAIN? Clearly there must be issues with the parts. I definitely will no longer be recommending this entity.
Good Day, I recently purchased your 5g package as i was not happy with the network of the 4g service (i logged calls with no response from your end). I now have your 5g package however the signal quality is still inadequate (im averaging 300kbps and you advertised 30mbps). Also you sent us a ****py indoor router, yet you expect us to move it around until we get your signalal. Ive paid you R700 for a service that i am not receiving. So can you send someone to fix it or refund my money and collect your router and i will take my business elsewhere as you have not held your end of the deal (FYI Afrihost deliver waaay better service than you clearly ever will). You guys genuinely suck... Your entity have no service lol does SLA exist in your world? I signed up for Afrihost and literally Openserve came to my home within 3 days (ofcourse you guys wouldn't understand ). Ill be cancelling this service and taking it as a loss from my end, also ill be spreading the horrid experience to my fellow interested parties.
I decided to go all the way to Huawei in Melrose to attain a job quote for my insurance to have my phone screen repaired. I was presented the job quote with no VAT amount and IMEI number of which is needed by insurance to process the claim. I chatted; phoned and emailed them numerous times with no joy. All i received were fake promises from their team. Extremely disappointed with the mediocre service presented by such a large entity.
I had the pleasure of speaking to a consultant at Miway for the Wedrive service they offer to their clients. The gentleman has awesome interaction s****s, extremely informative and made my first time using their service worth coming back. I like the fact that he kept checking in to see if any of the details of the requested services had changed. Keep up the good work guys :-)
