I AM UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED IN THEM! Never in my life have I been this upset! I have been PAYING and I have been ASKING FOR STATEMENTS from my side! NAYDEEN has not kept me up to date about a supposed Capital Adjustment that I just found out about after I made sure with her that I was FINISHED and she said she will send me my confirmation letter. I NEVER RECEIVED IT! NOW THEY EXPECT ME TO PAY MORE! I have the emails to prove it. I spoke to ERLE (TEAM LEADER JHB) as he sent me an email that I'm still owing, I explained no I'm not, and FORWARDED MY EMAILS and CALLED HIM 3 times on my own expense to solve the problem. He said he will give me a 30% discount, 2 days later it's a 20% discount! Since I did Naydeens work, and since she never let me know, WHT AM I SUPPOSED TO PAY FOR THE FAULT NAYDEEN MADE?!! After I went out of MY WAY to get it sorted out! She doesn't deserve the job! I don't even have one and they expect me to pay R800+ for their fault! I hope someone gets back to me about this!

I am totally Disgusted with Clicks Online. I have never ever had such poor service from any online Store in my whole life!!! I don't order online a lot, I am Extremely selective towards who I order from. I took a wild chance to order online, I had a medical issue and needed to get medz rather urgently. I eventually called to find out if it would be delivered that same day or not, to find out it takes 1 - 3 working days. Okay, I don't have a problem with the days to deliver, although - No Where is it Mentioned while you are still PLACING your Order. That was off-Putting... In the same call, I asked in that case, if someone could please change the Address for me as I won't be at work after the 21st Dec 2018. The lady I spoke to helped me but was really rude I wish I remembered her name. I ended up waiting more than 3 days including all the public holidays. Still - NO ORDER. Today is the 2nd Jan 2019. I still DON'T HAVE AN ORDER. I called again on Monday the 31st December 2018 and spoke to Lev, a really nice guy who helped me through my whole confusion of what exactly happened, (the lady I first spoke to was supposed to give me a Reference Number because I changed my Address). Lev then managed to change my address and give me a Reference Number, so I had some sort of Hope I was holding on to. I called Clicks Today to find out when I will be receiving my order, they said I have to speak to the Courier (Dawn Wing) to find out. I called the Courier (Dawn Wing) from the number I received from the Lady I spoke to today. It took them a while to answer, so I dropped the phone and checked online, and I called them again, because if you track your order they can never give you an estimation of more or less what time you can receive the order, not to mention they don't really give you a location of where it actually is. This tracking and tracing **** is not Customer Friendly all. Eventually getting hold of the Courier, I am told my order will arrive at the latest Friday 4th January 2019. This is really Devastating. I had a Serious Medical Condition and needed relief. I needed the Medz. If something worse had happened, and if I didn't have another option to get Medz, I would be in Hospital with things being Much Much Worse!!! People can not rely on Clicks. This is Absolutely Disgusting and Disturbing to think of. I do hope someone will sort out this Mess. If people see this Mess they will surely move to other better options and the Not-So-Good-Name of Clicks will be completely ruined!!! If it isn't already.....
<p>They called me one day and discussed whatever it is they ramble about, and i couldnt hear them, not giving me much choice i put the phone down and decided to send them an email as i had recieved an sms from them, sent the email saying they should not go forward with anything till i have done more research about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>ne next pay day they debited money and i wasnt impressed, not having much contact details i decided to do a reverse and that way they would call me, they never did, and now they have done it again, and there is no way of reversinc again.</p> <p> </p> <p>not impressed and very upsed... this is my bread an butter and i did not give any persmission to go ahead!!!!!!</p>
