In February Telkom phone me and apologised to me for the bad service, and offered me there new wireless service. Telkom told me that the wireless phone and router will be given to me for free! I waited one month for the devises to be delivered, and another month for the service too be activated. Today Telkom have sent me Aprils invoice. They have charged me for the FREE phone and router. I had originally taken an ADSL service from Telkom. And then suddenly the service just stopped, it then went on and off for a bit. Then it stopped! Telkom told me it was due to cable theft but for two years Telkom has been deducting from my account; the full amount for a service that does not exist!
On the 13/11/2018. I had wrote a review, on Takealot; I had purchased a Samson MK10 Professional Microphone Stand, and it was not inside the delivery box! Today I received a delivery, and it was the stand! Thank you Takealot!!
I purchased a Samson MK10 Professional Microphone Stand, and Hybrid MIS02 Microphone Isolation Shield from takealot. The Samson MK10 Professional Microphone Stand was not inside the delivery box, the box was sealed, and no damage to on the box. So Takealot did not put the The Samson MK10 Professional Microphone Stand in to the delivery box!!
My telephone line has been off for three months now, and the internet line is going on two months new; that it is off. And when I say off, I mean DEAD! When you try to log a fault it only lets you log one. When you check the line number it gives you this, ( There is a network outage in your area). Every month you they take the full amount lasted month, and now I see they are going to take the full amount again! I had to take a Vodacom data package so I don't lose my job.
<p>In the beginning of April, my insurance informed me that they do not except the certificate of Beame tracker. I contacted Beame, and ask for an insurance approved certificate. Which they never responded to. So I email Beame’s cancellation department; informing Beame that I am cancelling my policy with them. A few days later I get an email from Beame asking if they can call my. I did not respond to Beame’s email as I did not ask for chit chat, I asked Beame to cancel my policy. A week later I receive another email from Beame saying that the matter has been resolved. The second of May and Beame deducts money from my account. In the four years that I have been with Beame, the only thing that works is their ability to take your money.</p>
<p>In CTrack’s sales pitch, they say they give insurance approved certificates for their units. On Tuesday they came and installed a tracking unit in my car; the technician was friendly, and professional. After the installation I had expected to receive the certificate, but no you have to email them for the certificate, and they don’t write the email address on their documents, the technician phoned their technical support for me and they gave him an email that does not work. So I emailed their Customer care, and ask for the certificate: It is now Friday, and I still have had no response.</p>
