I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance Thato lenyanyabedi helped me and as always speedy service and very professional and friendly.
I am very disappointed to share that we have more than ones had such terrible service. MO ey hungry people. No care for people. First I was in hospital last year with heart condition and has a heart monitor on to test my heart rate. They come and give me a bill 9pm at night and want to force me to pay no matter how many times I told them my medical scheme will pay! Anyway eventuallh they backed off. And now this year in August I. 19th my son was admitted in day clinic, the Dr didn't even explain to me tests will be done. We had to pay everything cash and so before we left the hospital I got a call already to go pay R760 i know how they are so went and paid and even made sure later that week I owed nothing. They assured me and even sent inv showinv R0 then week later I get an Sms saying I owe them another R860. So when I phoned the guy was so rude and just says there was more tests, I asked to be put through to his superior and he put the phone down in my ear. I then figured out on my own that the one bill was charged to my ID and one to my sons ID and that's why it didn't add up so to me this is bad management and caused unnecessary extra stress in a already stressful time for my family as our hospital bill was already 14500....
Horrible! We attended a presentation in March in Newcastle kzn and was promised the moon and the stars by this agent and paid a lot of money to this guy sivhu and now? Now nothing we have not received anything, he has gone of with out free vouchers and my personal document info and the company, we'll they just say he doesn't work for them so they are not liable, which is VERY funny because he was talking to one of the managers and they knew him very well. SUCH ****MERS SO BEWARE. I am definitely taking this further. I won't leave it here
Horrible. What a total ****. Still waiting on my refund. I was ****med through someone that worked under their name, we literally met the guy at a conference meeting where they did a presentation and he was the agent talking to us. Sivuyile is his name, he is also no longer responding. I paid him a total of R2000..... Sivuyile did have contact with other agents there so he was or is definitely connected and they are now denying it. I went to the police. They suggested we give some time for the company to investigate as this is what I was told but till this day nothing so I am now taking drastic measures. Sivuyile operates under Apex and the way Apex is handling this just shows they are in partnership with this **** so I will not just leave it. The police will prosede this week. R2000 to me and my family is A LOT of money and I won't just leave it. I have refrained now to contact the company as they are TOTALLY USELESS and keep giving me the same answers "we are investigating" "they not liable" this is total nonsense, my neighbor is a loyer and he has advised me also and told me they ARE INDEED liable . This Sivhu had taken copies of my ID and my husband's and my sons birth certificate..... I will not leave this I will fight this. I will coment on every platform! Do not fall for this! We supposedly had to go in to claim a voucher. That voucher is Gone, also used by Sivhu , not us! We have received nothing.
Oteng phoned me to just make sure I click accept with the debit order check and was more than happy to also answer the questions I had. He was very helpful and friendly and happy to help. Thanks Oteng!
<p>This was the most ridiculous service I've ever had and most embarrassing experience. My boyfriend and I are on holiday In Pretoria and I needed new bra's so I went to the kolonnade mall and found a pair I liked for R130 went home fitted it on and the one is perfect so am wearing it but other one snapped before I even had it over my shoulder, we decided to take it back to exchange but I had to wear the one that is fine because I'm on holiday and had no other one. They tell me to stand in the queue again and it's ridiculously long I asked them nicely to please assist me without me having to stand in that que again but no luck so I asked to speak to manager witch also took forever only for her to tell me that it's a procedure, my point is that it's not my fault their stuff broke and I'm not here on holiday to spend my holiday in ques . I ended up standing in the que, when I finally came to the front they wanted me to go home and get the other bra, when I explained to him that I have the other bra on and am on holiday so had no choice he could still not help me and I was not going home to take it off only to come neck and stand in a que AGAIN which is what he wanted so I ended up having to go to fitting room and take of the bra and give it back because they are UNABLE to switch 1 bra out of a pair despite the fact that I had the one on they made me take it off to exchange for another pair with the result that I decided to take my money as I'm not happy to spend money at a place that cares less than nothing about their consumers and let's their consumers walk out their shop without a bra on because they were unable and UNWILLING to help </p>
