Do not do business with this company, they are pathetic. being trying to resolve an issue for over a year now. They promise to call back or get a senior to call and guess what, they never call back. Don't even think of asking to speak to the CEO to hopefully resolve, I suppose employees follow their leaders traits.
General Public, please be ware when placing an order with Vodacom on line. I placed an order quite a while ago and was informed that it could take p to six weeks for delivery. We are now sitting in around the third month and absolutely no feedback from Vodacom. I have called them on various occasions only to be told they do not have stock, order is pending, order was cancelled but re instated etc. I have even spoken to one of the so called team leaders in the call centre who promised to call me back, WELL I am still waiting for that call and this was approximately two weeks ago. Do not even try and call H/O and ask to speak to the CEO, you keep getting the same response, he is not available at present but please leave your details and he will get back to you, so much for that one. I moved from a service provider with whom I was happy but a little more expensive quite a few years ago, but believe you me I will be moving back to them as soon as possible and urge all other consumer customers to do the same as they make empty promises and do not give a rats … about their clients.
I sent my cancellation for the ADSL part of my line in round about 24/25 June. Today I get a call to say I owe, check my invoice and see they are still billing me. Phone them and they say they never received a cancellation.
