Tried placing a order system would not allow me to pay,reached out to the mattress warehouse was linked up with Gift Luphoka who not only guided me through the process but had so much patience with me in my failed attempts to make payment ,he eventually send me a proforma for payment and I’m now eagerly awaiting my new bed …2 bed purchased in a space of 3 years and the service so far has been tops…Thank you Gift Luphoka!!!you are a superstar
paid my licenese sometime in June around the 17th before the due date was told my dish would posted ,and to wait a month ,more than a month later my disk has still not arrived ,called them to enquire if I could go into the office and was told I would need to pay a pro-rata ???for what why should I pay for a service you could not deliver ?people are told to use the e-service as they have skeleton staff and to avoid COVID etc ,but this is the bull**** we have to put up with afterwards
according to my ITC profile i have an outstanding account with these people,made contact with the attorney on more than one occasion to confirm who this account was taken out by,requested copy of a contract etc,this was months back and up till now feedback has not been received eventually escalated the issue to experian for investigation,according to experians records the account was taken out mid last year and immediate went into a default-i have never taken out the account linked to the attorneys ,funny enough i did take out an account with 2 service providers respectively in Nov/Dec last year and have an impeccable record with the and have never missed a payment,my question is this,if i had a bad record why would these company's give me credit months after???this does not make any sense at all and is negatively affecting my credit record,until the issue is resolved i will continue naming and shaming this company for fraudulent account purchases until they can provide me with signed proof of this account
I purchased some goodies via my moms take alot account in Dec 2018 4 products..a basket ball net a basketball and two brushes to the value of +-R375 on the day of delivery cash was given to my mom and goods to be delivered to her her..upon delivery the bill given by the driver came to +- R395 be advised delivery was free..never the less a query was immediately escalated to take alot regarding the extra charges and till now feedback has not been received..by now the basket ball net had already been mounted about 4 days late the net just broke clean off from the wall..quality was cheap and metal was not truly metal never the less a return was submitted and a few days later the broken net was collected..still no feedback was received regarding the extra charge query..nor was any feedback received regarding the refund of the cheap damaged goods..after check my moms take alot app I noticed her account had been credited with the money of the net still no feedback regarding my extra charge query I emailed take alot yet again requesting why we were charged more for the goods and a query was escalated that I did not wish for a credit as I no longer wish to do business with take alot as the goods are cheaply made something you could buy a long the road and instead i wanted my money reimbursed to my bank account with the extra difference initially charged upon delivery it's going on nearly two months and nobody had even attempted to assist or resolve this query.i urgently request for someone to contact me or my mom asap in getting this matter resolved
Good evening I purchased a table top foosball table of R299 tonight at game canal walk...after ubering to your store from the southern suburb and back home just to purchase this merchandise for a birthday gift to a nephew who was visting from abroad to my dismay and after inspecting the goods at home I discovered that one of the parts was missing..are these things not supposed to be doubled checked to insure customer satisfaction!!! Clearly quality control on your end is not up to scratch I now have to uber all the way back to your store to change this thing,something that could have been avoided entirely had your product been up to standard..i also now need to delay giving my gift to my nephew coz of incompetence by your quality controller..i certainly will steer away from shopping at ur franchise in future..a word of advice when merchandise such as the above is purchased in future rather appoint someone to check these goods before it leaves the store to avoid disappointment,frustration as you guys will loose many a customer coz of this!!!
I have been a client of MTN for the past 12 years..im always hearing the negatives about this service provider and yet every two years I just end up upgrading my contracts with them...one of my contracts was due for a upgrade on the 12 march and on the 1st of April when the April edition of there Hello trader came out already i was browsing the pages..i decided on one of the MacBook laptop 11inch on promotion..went into the store on the 3rd to query stock as I had read the fine print in the catalogue saying while stock last..according to consultants at cavandish branch Claremont,observatory,waterfront canal walk and even mtn direct there HAD never been stock and are awaiting stock from apple..what frustrated me is...why advertise something if you don't have stock to service your clients or is this just a business way of trying to convince clients to opt for the 13inch model that is is stock ?...i was then referred to contact the apple store as mtn has a representative in store to assist with mtn upgrades when upgrading to Apple i was then advise they have stock of the MacBook but have been awaiting the Wi-Fi devices from MTN...seriously considering changing to another network as I'm tired of broken services given by MTN...MTN must fall..service sucks..is over priced and now they into false advertising to...time to take my business elswehere..RIP MTN
<p>My account was handed over in 2015 I made payment and truworths then recalled it from creditworx it was then resenthat back to creditworx in 2016,I then settled the account with creditworx and received a paid up letter from them...I'm not getting calls from MBDLC in connection with the same account that was paid up and settled almost a year ago????why am I still receiving these disturbing calls from EDC'a and why has your company NOT updated my name at the different ITC companies advising that this account has been settled!!!!please attend to the matter asap or I will have to take this to the ombudsman </p>
<p>I keep getting calls from MBDLC regarding a truworths account that was settled in 2016 with creditworx whereby a paid up letter was relieved upon settling of the account,so I am rather concerned about the same account popping up again at an alternative EDC I have tried to contact MBDLC on numerous occasions but the calls keep getting Cut!!!!!Urgent feedback is now required or the above will be handed over to the ombudsman </p>
