Excellent service indeed. Very easy to place an order and thier prices are reasonable. Great quality of work and done in very quick time. Thier delivery time nationwide is also amazing. I really like this company, great work and continue to do more

Great service
Great service from React Alarms. Recently done the security alarm in my house and they took only a day after signing Service Agreement to do the installation. The technicians really done an outstanding and quality work, no complain at all. I did test the system after installation and the reaction time is not bad at all, they call immediately after receiving the emergency signal and the vehicle dispatch was not bad at all, it arrived within 10min which is not that bad though they can still improve on that. Thank you Herman for all the information explained and Great service.

Disgusting service
Extremely bad service from the call operators. I have called several times speaking to different operators, all they say is there's an error for my request and they say hold on I'm trying something up until they drop the phone after long minutes of holding or they say I will escalate your matter it will be resolved but nothing happens. It's really frustrating and disgusting, I just requested a simple thing just swap my packages in my account now Siphesihle added a package on a decoder that I don't even use taking my balance to double figures I won't pay for that. On the other decoder she removed the services now we can't even watch TV. The amount of money I have spent on airtime is just too much for one simple request. The operators are very incompetent.

Ford ranger audio technology is pathetic
<p>I bought a 2016 ford ranger bakkie brand new. Ever since i bought it, it had a problem with the audio system. Its more than a year now still no solution. It just switch OFF totally OFF. They installed a new audio system still the problem exist. They upgraded the system still not resolved. Its totally incompetent, to drive a diesel bakkie with no radio ON its a nightmare, the sound it makes is so annoying ugh. </p>
