Pathetic service
I took contract with react alarm for alarm system for our home with Fidelity ADT. My account is now suspended. I have made payment to react alarms in November 2023 , funds are in their bank account. I have sent numerous emails with proof of payment and the lady who is in contact with me is DEBBIE. The only thing she does best is to send me reminders that the account is overdue, when you reply and send proof of payments NO RESPONSE. YOUR service is unacceptable and pathetic , just image you made payment and your account is suspended because the company or whoever is responsible is not doing their part.

Pathetic service

ADT is a ripp off
ADT is complete ripp off experience. They offer poor response in the time of an emergency and their sales agents and customer services provide misleading information.Is their an Ombudsman that deals with security companies? I need to alert the ombudsman.They **** about keeping the alarm system after contract among so many other lies

React Alarms and Fidelity ADT
Had a positive experience from the first contact with Fidelity and React Alarms. Kept to appointments and did exactly what was expected and paid for. Herman Fourie made the recommendations and explained every suggestion. Jaco van den Berg inspected the work and placements. Everything works fine and the personnel involved were professional and really patient to explain all. I am satisfied and do recommend React Alarms and Fidelity ADT.

Great service
Great service from React Alarms. Recently done the security alarm in my house and they took only a day after signing Service Agreement to do the installation. The technicians really done an outstanding and quality work, no complain at all. I did test the system after installation and the reaction time is not bad at all, they call immediately after receiving the emergency signal and the vehicle dispatch was not bad at all, it arrived within 10min which is not that bad though they can still improve on that. Thank you Herman for all the information explained and Great service.
