To say i am disappointed about the service from this company would be an understatement. Internet has worked well for almost a year with little to no issue at all. But everyday now i am opening a new ticket to complain, i am calling every week, and still we loose the internet. To start we never got a new router at all, so now they say it could be because of the router but to get it they want to charge us after all the complains no one has the decency to send a technician with a router to come see what the problem is. No we need to pay for delivery and we need to set it up ourselves. I am going to put this review everywhere i can!
I signed up for Vox Vodacom Fibre last year Jan 2022, and discovered that I needed a secondary port. Was offered an MTN Temporary LTE solution. Fast forward to almost a year and a half the secondary port is set up by Vodacom Techs this year April 2023. My fibre can now be activated. 11 April 2023 I sent an email to cancellations informing them to terminate the temporary LTE solution as my fibre was now activated, also followed up the following day. Kept calling over and over again. People every time would say they are logging a query and will cancel it. End of April 2023 i get billed pro rata and a month in advance for the fibre and also get invoiced a full amount for the temporary LTE solution. And nobody cares. I was patient for a year and a half and nobody cared when I could have gone to another company. To Vox this has not been a pleasant experience at all. As soon as I can I am out. To this day I have not received any cancellation confirmation for the temporary LTE solution.
Signed up for Fibre Jan 2022 with Vox Telecom. They sent Vodacom techs to my house to do the installation and was informed that i would get feedback on a way forward. I have a fibre line i do not understand why after a year i am struggling so much to get the internet. To this day its still on pending.
To say I am disappointed is sugar coating it. Signed up for Fibre Jan 2022 and to this day nothing even though I was approved and my house clearly has a fibre line. No one cares. So I try to cancel and withdraw my application today and the call is dropped on my ear. Sent an email and no response.
I recently had an alarm system installed by React/ADT and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional.
