Amazing, professional and quick. I'm really happy for the service I received and will use them again.
I have sent discovery a request for a claim on the 2nd of July where insuretp rep**** on the 9th of July with "confirm of receipt" and " please allow 7 to 10 working days for us to process" On the 25th of July I sent a follow up mail asking for feedback where insuretp responded with " we hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter" stating that Thabiso will assist me as well as Cindy. I have sent multiple mails to Cindy and Thabiso and NO response. More than 70 days later and I have no response from this useless firm. Either they don't have the capacity to get in touch or they are not suitable to do the work or discovery is just absolutely useless. I won't use this pathetic insurance provider ever.
Absolutely horrible. No feedback after sending multiple emails. No service at all. I guess they live up to their reputation.
You are scum of the earth cell c, You keep on taking money from people who work for a living. I have cancelled my contract with you numerous times and still you deduct money from my account. You are thieves , selfish lowlife scum. I've contacted the help centre a million times and still no response. This is pathetic.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I've had numerous problems such as I signed a 24 month contract for a certain amount but cell c will then deduct extra money after a few months. I have a contract which is paid every month but they cut my network reception where I can't make phone calls, sms or use data. I wrote to customer care, which is the only way I can communicate with them as my number is not working. They just don't reply. I think this is daylight robbery. They should be ashamed of themselves.
<p>The service I received from the cellular network is unprofessional as they took credit from my account which I did not give authority to and according the the cellular network it was via a telephone call. We all know that they say they might use the call to be RECORDED but when I ask if I may listen they can't provide it.</p> <p>This is unprofessional, I did not even have a credit score of more than R300-00 per month but for two consecutive months they took more than R800-00 each month. They keep on delaying to provide me information about my query.</p>
